To be honest, my husband and I were not looking forward to today's consultation. We were under the impression that laser hair removal was expensive and painful. Boy were we wrong. Both of our treatments were virtually painless, and relatively inexpensive. Then again, we signed up for the $599/month unlimited plan! Just wanted to say thank you for making our first treatments so comfortable.

Really appreciated the relaxed atmosphere, great location, and competitive pricing. Just wished they had a location in Brooklyn. They say, it's coming in September, but really hope they would open it sooner!

I am presently a client at Assara. I have had my back treated twice. On my second visit, they asked me to write a review about the place. I felt strange about it, because I think it should be left to the person to write or not to write. They are a little pushy when it comes to payment and do not spend much time with you. I have read all the other reviews and have my opinion about them. This is my opinion

I was referred specifically to Gina at Assara by one of my girlfriends. I'd found numerous positive reviews on this website and decided to try laser hair removal at Assara. Their customer service manager, Mark, met me at the end of my first treatment and asked about what I thought of Gina and Assara. That was a nice touch. He also asked me to post a positive review on citysearch if I was indeed pleased. Because I received first class treatment at Assara, I give it a HIGH RECOMMENDATION and five stars.

Pros: my friend and I both received $50 gift cards for me coming in as a referral, first class service and people, happy to recommend

I've had four treatments at Assara. Each of my appointments has begun on time and I have never experienced any waiting time before my treatments. Mark, the center's manager, asked me to let friends and family know if I thought I was treated well at Assara, and encouraged me to review Assara online if I had the chance. I'm pleased to do so. Thanks for treating me as a valued client, and keeping in mind that, even for your clients, time is money.

I enrolled in Assara's Unlimited Package program to receive full-body treatments. My appointments have always begun promptly on time. We schedule my successive appointments on the spot at the end of each of my treatments, so picking a mutually convenient appointment time has never been a problem. So far, I've been enrolled in the program for 3 months. It is hands down the best value for full body treatments.

I found Assara Laser Centers through internet research. I googled several new york centers and read a few online forums and review websites. I've read numerous complaints and bad reviews on many of the other big name laser hair removal centers in manhattan. Still, I wanted to find out for myself. I called at least four of the centers whose names "popped up" frequently in my online research. I also visited two including Assara. Hands down, Assara was the best for my telephone consultation and questions, and for my visit. I received two bikni treatments so far, and am now considering having underarm treatments done. I've also referred a friend, who receives full-body treatments in their unlimited program. The manager at Assara gave me a gift card and thanked me for my referral. I felt like an appreciated client here. I recommend that anybody who is researching laser hair removal try what I did, make a few phone calls, and see if there is a stand-out winner. Assara will definitely be in your top-two list.

I attended Assara's open house on wednesday July 2. not only did they provide FREE food and drinks, but they had three of their specialists there and two of their managers available to ask questions. cynosure, the company that makes their laser systems, also sent two representatives to talk to the open house attendees. i can't imagine that another laser center in new york could put on such an event. i learned a lot and purchased a package on the spot. My first treatment was a week ago, and I'm so happy with results so far. THANKS FOR THE OPEN HOUSE. I WOULD NOT HAVE PURCHASED WITHOUT THE INFORMATION SESSIONS THERE.

I've received IPL (intense pulsed light) treatments from several laser hair removal centers in Miami. I recently moved to New York, and found that IPL treatments did not provide effective results. I know American Laser Centers used IPL, as that's where I received my prior treatments. Ever since my hair began to regrow, I did additional research and found out that it is important that your laser hair removal center actually uses a TRUE LASER, and not an IPL system. The laser system at Assara is the most-comprehensive on the market, according to its manufacturer. I've been satisfied with my results, and I've found the staff at Assara to be very friendly, informative and customer service oriented.

I had spiderveins concentrated in a few spots on my legs, the back of my knees, my calves and on my feet. i work as a waitress and as a receptionist, and apparently, extended periods of time standing without a break and sitting without a break to walk as my jobs require create these unattractive spider veins. i met with elizabeth at assara, who helped me to troubleshoot the cause of these blemishes. she also gave me a few recommendations on how to avoid them in the future. i tried three sessions to remove the veins, and have had stellar results. my sessions have taken approximately 30 minutes per visit. my appointments began promtply on time. all in all, i'm most pleased im getting results in such little time. i'll continue to have treatments. Assara provides an excellent service.
