I’d recommend this place

Two of my friends are clients here and have been pushing me to try it. I finally caved in and did a single session last week on my bikini. Obviously, this is a most sensitive region of my body. It was over before I knew it and it’s a really good job. I can’t imagine never getting a bikini wax again. It sounds too good to be true, but I’ve seen the results my friends have and I’m excited to see more.

Switched to Assara and Happy I Did

I was a client at another laser hair removal place in the City and I had NO results. My hair continued to grow as thick and annoyingly even after 4 treatments at the other place. So I switched to Assara and now I understand what real laser hair removal is about… My legs are completely smooth and I’m thinking about doing my underarms too.

Happy With No More Upper Lip Hair

I’ve done 3 treatments at Assara and I’m writing to tell everyone out there on CitySearch that this is a really good place to get lasered for hair removal. I’m only doing my upper lip now (not that I had a beard or anything!) and I think I’m done. The hair has not grown back at all. I think they do a really great job and it hurts less than waxing. Trust me, I know!

No embarrassment here!

I received a great service at Assara last week and I wanted to tell you about it. The laser technicians were very discreet and respectful, because I was lasering my bikini, Brazilian of course. I was already dreading the embracement of having the technician zooming in on my bikini (front and back!). But she did a great job. She immediately put me at ease. She was polite and friendly and made me feel comfortable.

Bikini bother… No more!

Like every other girl in western civilization I struggle with keeping my bikini hair controlled. It’s not only a summer worry, what about swimming at the gym in the winter and boyfriend rendez-vous and hook ups? I’m not into drastic solutions, but I realized that my shaving regimen had become drastic. I tried laser hair removal at Assara 2 months ago, (I went twice so far) and I have to say that I’m really happy with the results. My hair has already started to thin out and doesn’t grow as fast or as thick. It looks really good without the red bumps I usually got with waxing.

I had started a laser hair removal treatment in Austin, TX, and had crummy experience. I got a little burned and felt that it was kinda painful. I wasn’t going to venture into laser again, but my friend Laura kept telling me about this place and how good it was. So with a ton of trepidation I booked a visit for a treatment on my upper lip. It took 3 minutes, my session was great and it was not painful at all. The laser technician even had some extra time and agreed to laser my bikini and under arms on the spot. I guess not all lasers are created equal.

I’m very happy with my treatments I’ve been getting at Assara. I want three times and I’m having my under arms, bikini and legs done. The people at Assara are very clean and proper and professional. The girls take all the hygiene precautions, and also have some good skin tips.

What type of laser is best?

It’s hard to make head’s or tails of all the types of lasers companies are promoting for hair removal. There are IPL’S and Yag’s and who knows what else. But I’ve done some research and it turns out that for Caucasian people with dark hair the best laser is Alexandrite (Cynosure) and Assara has these lasers. That’s why when I get treatments they really are super effective and don’t burn me. They have the best lasers here.

I’m a 2nd grade teacher and I’m I’m 32. It’s a cliché but I can’t help myself, I give Assara an A+ for service and reliability. They perform their business like extreme professionals, they’re always on time, the laser technicians take what they do seriously and are very discreet.
