Do you like great programming? Do you like to do what you want when you want? Do you need a little motivation? Do you have kids? Do you need childcare? Do you need child programming? If you need or like any of the things I have posted here today, then you will fall in Love with this not to big not to small Carroll Gardens studio!

Pros: Family owned, never over crowed, great with the kids.

As a mom I find Elite Fitness a wonderful place. Help is always avalible and I trust the staff with my children. I find the small group coaching classes a great value. I also love the way they keep the studio clean and that you never have to wait around for machines. Children's classes are sensational and are the teachers.

This is the only Studio in town that you don't dread to go and work-out in. It is so clean and fresh all the time. It is a little getaway from the rest of the studio's and gym's in the area. This studio has a wonderful staff and amazing coaches. There are lots of places to exercise in Carrol Gardens but none of them have all the bases covered like this one does. It is few and far between when you can get such great quality in so many area's, yoga, pilates,cardio,classes,there are even children's classes and childcare. Columbia street has come a long way.

I have been a member for over a year, and I have the following to say about Elite Fitness. Pros 1. Very economical rates when compared to the other gyms in the area, 2. Staff is very polite and helpful 3. Weight-lifting equipment is plentiful Cons 1. The cardio room has no ventilation. It can get very hot and very stuffy, making it difficult to exercise. This is especially a problem when there are men working out. The smell of sweat can be nauseating. A window or some ventilation system would be helpful. 2. There are many patrons that do not wipe down the equipment. Please be sure to wipe both before and after to ensure that you don't end up with a disease or pass something on to others 3. I would like a wider variety of classes. Overall, I would recommend this gym to others

What can I say I love having Elite on Columbia and Union. This is were the quality is when it comes to health and wellness. This studio has everything you need. Not just Pilates not just Cardio not just Yoga not just Kids classes, it’s all right here. Professional staff that you won’t find anywhere else I promise you. Great child programming and childcare. Did I mention super clean, the studio has been open for 4 years and it looks like it just opened last week.

Just read all the reviews there is not one negative word. Try to find another place in Carroll Gardens with that track record, people only write reviews if the establishment they are writing about is fabulous they will not write anything if the place is bad unless it’s really bad. Lots of value and people who care everyone knows your name. None of the Big Gym nonsense. Low key just what us woman love O and there is childcare. Did I mention how good the instructors are Anne, Linda, Josie the list goes on.

I have been going to Elite Fitness Studio on Columbia & Union St for over 3 years now and I Love it. My whole family comes here and there is something for us all. David Cascia is a Great owner who cares for his members. He is willing to work with our special needs to insure our wellbeing. We have all been to other gyms/studios but i have never felt the warmth & family atmosphere that we all get here with this staff. People who know David have been loyal to his work the rest of you should come & find out why.

Pros: Great People, No teenagers, Good for people with weight problems.

Everyone who has an overweight loved one needs to see how this studio can help. You will not feel lost here, this is the right place for people who need help and dont know where to go. Woman & children will be most comfortable at this studio. The coaches are kind and understanding, not trying to hurt you. I think Elite has just what the health and wellness gods ordered for carroll gardens / red hook. (Childcare & Kiddie Classes)

This studio is just what we over weight and out of shape people need. The staff is ready to help at any time. I have not seen an exercise facility where you can go and not feel out of place. There is a positive energy that helps you get motivated. They offer weight management consulting and all kinds of individual programs to help you make improvements in your level of health and well being. They start young offering classes for the children and end with a large senior population. There are NO teenagers running around and there are no undesirable people to deal with.

As an overweight female, I feel extremely comfortable at this studio. The staff is knowledgeable, supportive and always available to answer questions. My fellow members are friendly and polite. I especially like that there are no “muscle heads” grunting and hogging the machines. The cardio room is awesome. Each machine is linked to TV and Satellite Radio. They offer a wide range of classes like Pilates Mat and Reformer classes, Yoga and Urban Rebounding. The entire studio, from the machines to the bathrooms, is impeccably clean. I also think it’s really accommodating that they offer childcare and exercise classes for children.

Pros: Great for the family.
