I've been here 3 times and it never fails to disappoint. I always love the toys hanging from the ceiling! Ask them to give you a tour of the wine cellar, always a treat.

Dodgy arrival and a little confusion over whether they should seat me in the lounge or at the table while I waited for my guests but a little forcefulness broke through their aloof demeanor and they agreed to seat me at the table. Over the course of the next two hours the Doddery Old Man approach they have to service became quite endearing, the old guys seemed to be totally invisible but our glasses were always full and we were never feeling like it were being rushed or left waiting for service. My only negative comment is that the food was not the best you can get in this city for that kind of money, it was not bad as such but it was not exceptional either, we had the crab cakes, the cod and a steak, none of which warranted complaint or compliment. The decor is unique and a good conversation piece.

Pros: interesting decor, good service

Cons: pricy considering quality of food

I must say that the '21' Club is a gorgeous location for second weddings. They have so many rooms and are so easy to work with. I was planning my wedding at a really busy time in my life and did not have the time to really focus on the wedding. Thank goodness for my planner at '21' who made it all so easy! She took care of every detail from planning the menu, ordering the Jazz trio, even the flowers and linens. We were in the Jack Room which was just perfect for a small dinner of 45 guests. Everything was absolute perfection - from the decor to the food and the service. I am even planning my first anniversary celebration at '21'!!!

As usual, the "21" Club lives up to its high standards and excellence. Everyone was impressed with the dinner and how it was organized. I explained I could not take much of the credit as my private dining sales manager had a great deal to do with the success. Everything from the cocktails to the dinner to the wines were outstanding! It was perfect! All of our guests were very pleased with the evening. Thanks to the staff for helping create a successful event. Be assured we will be back soon!

I had the most positve experience when planning an event at the '21' Club. I had to arrange for a small dinner in a private room at '21' but had no idea what goes into planning an event but I certainly picked the right place because they knew exactly what to do. My dinner started out with 10 people and ended up growing to 30 people but they were able to pull off a miracle for me. The room was great, the food amazing and the woman that I worked with was so helpful. She walked me through every step of the process and told me exactly what I needed to do. They pay attention to every detail so I didn't have to and helped me avoid an embarrassing situation by moving the group to a larger room. A million thanks to the '21' Club for making me look so good.

'21' Club was such a wonderful venue. I am new at my company and my boss asked taht I plan a very important client dinner. I was so afraid that I would lose my job if everything was not perfect. The '21' Club Event Managers make planning this very high level event so easy and I really came out looking like a star for picking such a wonderful location. They were attentive and took care of every detail for me. The room was beautiful, the staff professional and the food was excellent - the Filet Mignon melted in my mouth. My boss was so happy when almost every one of his guests called just to thank him for such a memorable evening. I would just like to send a BIG THANK YOU to everyone at '21' for making me look like the world's best planner!
