My experience with 1800 NY CARPET has been great from start to end! The secretary was extremely nice, patient and helpful, and gave me all the information I needed. Although I only wanted to get prices, they were extremely professional so I decided to go ahead with the job. Their service was professional and fast, I got my carpet back SPOTLESS when I didn't think it could get that Clean! If you want professional service 1800 NY CARPET is definitely the way to go!!! :-)

I HAD A VERY GOOD EXPERINCE WITH THIS COMPANY WHEN I CALLED THIS COMPANY THE SEC, WERE VERY POLITE AND GAVE ME SAME DAY SERVICE. THE TECHNIAN THAT CAME TO MY DOOR WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND I FELT SAFE LETTING HIM IN TO MY HOME. THE RUG WHICH I WANTED TO CLEAN WAS DESTROYED FROM A PARTY I HAD THE NIGHT BEFORE THERE WAS WINE STAINS, FOOD STAINS, COFFEE STAINS I COULDNT BELEIVE MY EYES WHEN I SEEN HOW BRAN NEW 1- 8OONYCARPET. CLEANED MY RUG. THANKYOU GUYS , YOU SAVED ME ALOT OF MONEY BECAUSE THIS WAS A VERY EXPENSE WOOL RUG. I WILL BE CALLING YOU AGAIN AND ONLY YOU AT MY NEXT PARTY. GREAT JOB GUYS

I want to thank 1800ny carpet that saving my antique rugs that was water damage. I called the company and they arrived within 40 minutes they pickup the rugs and brought back to there warehouse for the treatment, after two weeks they delivered the rugs in EXCELLENT condition I cannot tell the difference from the water damage.Highly Recommended thank you shirly

1800-NY CARPET Carpet was recommended to me by a neighbor. I am so glad that I called them. My rugs came out SPOT LESS! They are back to the condition they were in when I first bought them. I am so pleased with the work they did that I will definetly recommend 1800 NY CARPET again. Also, I will tell our other neighbors what a wonderful job they did. GOOD JOB TANK-YOU MIKE

Last week I had a small incident at home that included lots of water everywhere. I immediately called 1800 NY Carpet and they had promised to send someone over that same day. A few hours later, as promised, a very nice and professional technician arrived at my home to check things out. He evaluated the situation, gave me a very reasonable price and started working. He was done in a few hours and after everything had dried up it all looks like new with no sign that anything had happened. Thank you!

This place is the absolute worst. After an appraisel where I was quoted amounts MUCH higher than the phone estimate I decided not to proceed with their service and cancelled my follow-up appointment for the cleaning. Having stupidly given them my credit card information when I made the initial appointment, 1-800 Carpet charged the entire amount of the service THEY DID NOT PROVIDE to my card. They continued to harass me by phone to re-set up an appointment after I repeatidly told them I was not interested in using them. I would not reccomend this place to anyone. I think they are dishonest and sleazy.

1800-NY CARPET Carpet cleaners had great reviews so we tried them. The end result was great looking carpet. I was glad we used them. They were on time and very professional. Great jet Black work outfits, Looking smooth 1800-NY CARPET ! Thanks again. Bruce. PS: one of the best carpet Cleaners in NEW YORK .

am very pleased with the quality, professioanlism and being prompt. My carpet had pancake syrup stains, it was pretty deep into the carpet and pad. 1800ny carpet took the stains out and never came back. I was very impressed. I will recommend them to everyone. The best carpet cleaning for a very affordable price. They guaranteed their work
