Love this place, you all should go and try it. The place is very quiet and nice, people are very friendly, english may not be their first language but if speak slowly, communication will not be a problem. Been there couple times during the spa week, I just love it.........the best thing for me is they have the best massage and the place is not small at all compare to other asian spa place, actually is the biggest place I have been to!!!
Nice neighborhood spot

Just went here for a hot stone massage with some girlfriends. The spa is small with areas screened off so the massage is semi-private. If you are easily distracted this is a bit of a drawback. The biggest pluses are the staff, courteous, professional, and well-trained. Would definitely go back.
- Pros: Good spa week deal, nice, clean spa, professional staff
- Cons: semi-private massage area
great massage

great place. I go there once a week to get a twenty minute massage. I just had a baby, and my back is all out of alignment. lugging around a growing kid doesn't help ease the already messed up back. They work and work on the trouble areas and apply just thre right pressure. Don't expect anything nice or spa like, though, but do expect any kinks in your back to be really worked on.
great massage

I have tried out couple different spa place during the spa week. I want to say this one is the best place over the other 3 I went last week. Here they have a very nice waiting area, and the place are well decorated. I really like smell there. The best thing about them is their therapist has the best massage technique. I feel really relax and great after the massage. And also the the staffs are very nice also. I highly recommend everyone try this spa place in uptown.
- Pros: thumbs UP!!!!
Very good massage, but lack of privacy

The space is basically one large room with the reception and waiting areas out in the open and the massage areas partitioned off by wooden paneled screens. So you DEFINITELY hear everything that is going on unless people voluntarily speak and move quietly. To me, the employees didn't make that much of an effort to speak quietly. I went for spa week on a Friday, when I'm sure customer traffic is high, and the noise level was very distracting at the beginning. Halfway into the massage the noise level died down. Before my massage there was a disagreement among the staff as to which massage therapist should take me. Sure enough, about five minutes into my massage, my session was interrupted and the therapist explained to me that she had to attend to someone else and a male therapist would be working on me instead. Luckily for them, I'm not that partial as to what the gender of my therapist is. He turned out to have an excellent technique. Just two things bothered me. One, his fingertips got obviously too close to my pubic region when he was working on my legs. I don't think he meant anything by this or was even aware of this, but it did seem that if he were more professionally trained this would not have been a problem at all. Two, there was a slight body odor in the room, and it was not coming from me. On the other hand, the massage pressure was excellent and directed at all the areas I needed work on (pubic region excepted). The staff was very nice overall.
- Pros: great massage pressure
- Cons: lack of privacy
THANK YOU!!

I went there last week after work. I had a very bad neck from work so I tried with enliven. They are so professional, the therapist asked me where I feel pain and help me to get away of it. Thank you so much, I feel great now!!!

It was the best massage I?ve ever had. It's a very clean and quiet place, I like the smell of the shop. Also the therapists there are very professional, now all my neck pain is gone, it was amazing. I recommend everyone go and try their deep tissue massage and hot stone massage, it helps you to get away the muscle pain!!
Very good massage!!! Must go

I've been there for 4 times. It was very good, very clean and quiet. The people are very nice and professional. The Paraffin treatment was great. It's in indiviual package so you don't have to share with other people. It was a great experience for me!!!!!
- Pros: Thumbs up!!!!!

I went to Enliven for the second time last Tuesday. The first time was 4 months ago and it was great. Thought I would give it another try to see if it really was a good place, and I still had no complaints!

I don?t know what happened to the people under me and why you had such a bad experience in the spa place. But it was one of the best massages I have ever had. I go there twice a month and I have never experience something like that. The place is very clean and quiet and the people work there are very nice except their English were not good and you need to explain slower and clear what you want them to do. Other than that everything was good to me. this is the place I would recommand people to go.
- Pros: Thumbs up!!
WORST massage I have ever had at the worst massage place imaginable!

Beware - do not go to this place! It was far and away the worst massage I have ever had. The woman working on me dug so hard into my back that it almost made me cry - and when I asked her to do it softer, she didn't change a thing! After a while I was basically praying that I would pass out from the pain. Also, this isn't a "full body massage" - out of an hour, she worked on my back (quite painfully) for about 45 minutes and my legs and arms about 15 minutes. It is now two days later and my upper back and shoulder is still in a lot of pain from this massage.
And then there is the space itself - there are no private rooms, only partitions - and the staff makes NO effort to walk or speak quitely - they carry on loud conversations for everyone to hear! Perhaps worst of all, the partitions give NO sense of privacy, after I was (mercifully) done with the massage, a man came walking down some steps and totally saw me changing! I ran out of that place as fast as I could. Afterwards, I was sore, I had a headache, and anxious - the EXACT opposite of what should happen after a massage. Be forewarned!
- Pros: clean environment
- Cons: no privacy, terrible massage - too hard!
