helpful and kind- a perfect combination

Heather helped me out in a variety of ways. I have a disease called Epstein Barr
that can and does affect my energy levels. Heather knowing this, did a lof of research on the disease and came back to me with a plan that would help increase those levels. Through a diet that Heather created specifically for me- which included snacking, eating lots of fruits and veggies (including what are known as "super foods" and an excercise plan, within two weeks my energy levels increased 10 fold. She gave me reading materials on the disease so I could further educate myslef and suggested some possible ideas for me to cope with my situation. She was extremely knowledgable, helpful and more over very personable. A win win in my book.

I worked with Heather on analyzing and improving my overall diet and I found
her to be very knowledgeable and helpful. She had good systems for looking at
what and how I was eating and was able to give me insight into ways to improve.
She was very easy to talk to and I really enjoyed the contact we had. I would certainly recommend her to anyone
looking for a nutritionist.

Hi my name is Jessica and I am a 22 year old professional dancer. When I was first introduced to Heather I was at a completely frustrated stage. I had been trying to diet based upon fad diets which lead to many health complications. Heather first asked me to make a journal based upon a week of my diet, list all the trigger foods that aggravated my health problems, and to list all the medications and vitamins I was taking.
Heather then analyzed the information and came up with a plan that was not a diet, but a way of life. It is based upon portion control, calorie control, and the proper balance of fiber, protein and healthy carbs.
It has now been about three months and I am so happy to say that I am currently so much happier with my appearance and my health problems have been reduced to a much lower level. She is not only a dietitian but a wonderful person who listens to your struggles and issues and has a way to solve them all. She honestly truly cares about her clients! I am so happy and lucky to have met Heather and will continue to work with her.

Learn how to eat healthfully when eating out all the time

As a sales manager I am constantly taking clients out to lunches and dinners at restaurants all over NYC. While I am physically fit and active, I know that the choices I was making eating at NYC's finest steakhouses 4 times a week were not good for my long term health. On the other hand, having a salad while others at the table dig into a 24 oz steak is no was even worse! Heather helped me identify healthy options on the menus of restaurants I frequent with my clients. After working with Heather my cholesterol came down 55 points and my triglycerides came down 75 points. I have made positive changes in my diet without going on a diet. I really feel excellent.

As a martial arts fighter my nutritional status is key. When I have a competition and go into intense training, Heather helps me get in the best shape possible. Her tips and strategies really help me stay on track. Plus, she is always available to answer any questions. Working with Heather is a perfect fit for the students I train as well at my martial arts studio (Bwarrior) I highly recommend working with her to achieve your nutritional goals.
