The Worst Customer Service and Return Policy Ever!!

This company/store has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I bought 2 pairs of shoes on line. One I wore for 5 minutes around my office, the other was unworn and still in the box. I brought both into the store with my receipt. The store manager was extremely rude to me and told me there was nothing she could do for me. She told me to call the 800 number from my cell phone since she was on a personal call. Long story short, I shipped them back. The company refused to take back either pair. $200 worth of shoes and they could do nothing for me. I would not reccommend shopping here ever.

Great place for Shoes and Bags

its just a great atmosphere, everyone is very friendly and professional. I also got a very hot pair of Gucci sunglasses there. I just love it being on Madison ave .
