I highly recommend Arties New York Locksmith for all your locksmith needs. They have the best customer service from the time you call their office to the time they finish the job. He was professional, prompt, experienced and friendly. The price estimates are fair and honest, so you don't have to worry about them charging you double when they arrive. I would call them again....

Exceptional Service

I had a lock on my car spare tire that I did not receive a key for when the car was sold to me. The dealership was unable to help when I gave them a call. When I stopped in at Arties NYC Locksmith to inquire if they could help, they said it there wouldn't be no problem. He picked the lock in minutes and did it for a fair price. Fast service & Friendly staff!!!!! Thanks again...

Fantastic Locksmith NYC

Arties came to my home to change my locks, and he did a great job. He was professional, trustworthy and extremely competent. It was quite a contrast to an awful experience that I had with a fraudulent locksmith company a few weeks ago, and I'm very grateful that there are companies like Arties around!

I Found Arties Locksmith company to be very honest from the initial phone call. They arrived on time, completed the work and provided alternative solutions to what I was trying to do. Last night my wife and I were locked out of our van, this was the first time something like this had happened to us. We called Arties Locksmith; the lady that answered the phone was very pleasant and professional. She took our information and telephone cell number. Within just minutes a technician had contacted us. We didn’t wait to long when he showed up! We were so lucky and happy that we had called because it was so cold outside. The technician was so polite and professional and he was even very funny. Thanks!

I called around to several locksmiths before deciding to go with Arties Locksmith and I couldn't be more satisfied with my choice. The technician was able to come out the same day, as soon as I got off work. Most importantly, the service was incredibly fast, friendly, professional, and honest. There were no surprise charges or last-minute fees. I paid exactly what I was originally quoted on the phone, and not a dime more. I will be recommending Arties to all of my friends and family. Don't waste your time and money with anyone else!

Smart New York Locksmith

We had an older house with flimsy locks on the doors that we’d always meant to replace. Well, we came home from work one day and someone had kicked in the back door and the old lock was just dangling there. They stole our TV, DVD player, and digital camera, but worse than that was how insecure and unsafe it made us feel. I called Arties Locksmith and they came out that evening and replaced all of the locks on the doors and windows, and put in a security system for us. We sleep much better at night now!
