Don't use to North Fork Bank. They tried to charge me $15 Undeliverable Mail Fees even though I was receiving all of my statements and bank correspondence. Yes, that's right. $15 each month for mail that they said wasn't being delivered, even though I was receiving all of my mail from them. When I called to correct them, they snottily lectured me and acted like I was the one at fault. Gotta love being yelled at by customer service when it's their mistake. Long story short, consistently poor service, hidden fees, and a whole lot of inconvenience. This was the last straw after years of poor service.
Cons: terrible service, hidden fees
