GREAT TASTE & QUALITY- homemade soups & more!

The price is right here at this cafe. I recommend the bbq ranch salad. The food here does not miss. The staff is friendly, the place is clean, they have hired more delivery drivers, too, so faster service for delivery. The party platters are a great value...saw one being prepared and found out some pricing- all is available for an office party or gathering- the owner even said they do sushi! I would trust the sushi would be delicious, fresh, and also a GREAT VALUE! Can't wait to use WOW Cafe to cater my next party.

These guys take forever to deliver...

Poor service, won't answer the phone and takes at least an hour to deliver one bagel. Everytime I order delivery from these guys it is a disaster.

I have spent 100s of dollars there ordering numerous times a week over the years and one day I call and the guy taking my order says he won't deliever food under $8. I live 2 doors down and had just ordered a $4 order two days earlier. He then tells me no manager is around and that the delivery person is the person who decides whether or not he will deliver things under $8. Ridiculous. Also, he would not give me his name. I will NOT ever order from there again or go in there to pick up food. They should value their "regulars" more. Go to Starbuck one block up - prices are the same.

The manager or whoever...

The lady who works there - takes phone orders - I believe she is the manager or owner...well, she has a horrible attitude and is rude every time I've been in the store or placed a phone order. I live 2 blocks from the restaurant and delivery orders have taken up to 1 hour to arrive. I use to support this place but her poor attitude and the food (other than breakfast) is really not that good.
- Pros: decent breakfast bagels
- Cons: manager's attitude, food is not that fresh
