WORST SERVICE EVER

by Sabd

We arrived at 9 pm on the evening of St. Valentine Day. The waitress has directly repeated 3 times that the kitchen closed at 22:30.

I had to tell her 3 times that it was 9 o'clock and that we had the intention to order before 10 pm!

She has installed us at the table and directly given us the menu asking us what we wanted.

We asked her kindly to come back in 5 minutes to let us the time to look at the menu.

I ordered a noodle soup that I ate with chopsticks. 10 minutes later she came to offer me a fork to eat faster !!!

My boyfriend finished his meal before me. She came to take his plate and asked me if I wanted to take away my soup.

Food not exceptional enough to allow a service so bad.

I’ll never go back to this restaurant and will really not recommend it to anyone.

sushi lover beware!!!!!!

by ms10021

just went to the restaurant few days ago. the food was nasty. there are lots of shells in the spicy tuna rolls. Ten dollar for two rolls that have lots of shell is totally not worth it. I will not go there anymore. i strongly does not recommend this restaurant to anyone. There is a restaurant people should be aware!!!!!

  • Pros: nothing
  • Cons: lots of fish shell in spicy tuna roll

Very nice place to hang out with friends and not feel rushed. I recommend trying the tuna martini, the calamari and the sushi boat. All were delicious and came on recommendations from our server who was one of the friendliest most efficient servers I've ever had. The music was also a big plus, which means alot in setting the right mood. Recommended.

Eh.

Not great. Not horrible. Just ordered delivery and they forgot to bring soy sauce. Luckily I had a few packets left over. I really like sushi, but I can't eat it without soy sauce. The shrimp tempura roll was really good. I ordered the Spicy Tuna and the Salmon Crunch rolls as well. I prefer actual pieces of fish in my rolls, but these were of the pasty variety...that sushi puree of sorts. If you like that, you will like this, but the consistency is too mushy for my tastes. The delivery was fast, but I don't think I will be ordering from here again just because it isn't what I look for in sushi.

  • Pros: Fast delivery. Shrimp tempura.
  • Cons: Not very big rolls, and some rolls have a very mushy consistency

Great place if you're in the mood for aways fresh, to the point, affordable sushi.

by minfaus20

Ginza is a great place for inexpensive Japanese that can still hold up against many expensive overly priced Japanese Resturants. I highly recommed the vegetables rolls for those of you who have food allergies and can't eat shell fish or for those who just enjoy eating vegetables. Unlike in so many Japanese Resturants all the rolls are surprisely tastey and most importantly fresh. Don't expect any frills, its a small casual resturant. Overall it's a good place for take out or a bite to eat with friends after a day of shopping.

  • Pros: Always fresh sushi
  • Cons: Small no frills
