I tried to book a holiday party for a major NYC hospital. We were going to have 50 guests and the restaurant was guaranteed to make a lot of money from us. Once we had the space booked and tried to agree on pricing they kept raising the price. Then they gave us all these reasons why we had to pay with cash (we're talking thousands of dollars in cash). We were going to be forced to buy a gift card a head of time and just when we confirmed all the details and I was heading down to pay I got a call 2 weeks before the date of the party (and three weeks after we began negotiations) that they couldn't house us. So first I get the runaround about pricing and payment and then I get dropped. Overall this place was a huge inconvenience and I will never go there.

Whenever we go on vacation we always look for a Red Lobster. So you might have to wait a while to get seated, but it's worth the wait. The food is always excellent. Hoping to eat there on Thanksgiving Day -- we already had our turkey before going to the 2007 Macy's Day Parade. It's kind of a tradition to eat there every time we visit NYC.
Pros: Excellent Food

this place is always so slow. ull be waiting at least 45min to get to the table.. the bar is overcrowded and the waiters just talk to each other instead of serving the costumers. the waiterguy, called celester is rude and he didnt clean the dishes well.. this place is more for take out... the food is awesome.
