Never been to a spa but my friend made me go because we were staying at the hotel and he was paying, so what could I lose? I had a massage & facial package and it was really much better then I ever thought it could be. Now I'm addicted and can't wait to go back. I live in Central Jersey but as soon as I get back to Manhattan, this is definitely the first place I'm hitting up. If you never had a massage or a facial before, this is a great place to start, small but cozy, an all in all great experience!!

Pros: everything was great

The best massages I've ever had in my life...and I get a lot. The Spa was a little small (in the W Times Square Hotel), I didn't expect much when i walked in, but it ended up being great. Loved it so much that I came back the next day for another massage. The therapist I had the previous day wasn't available so I hesitantly tried a different one and it was even better then the massage I had the day before which I didn't think could even be possible. Great massages, Great experience, will definitely be back next time I'm in the area.

Pros: experienced massage therapists

Cons: small spa, no sauna or steam room

I travel all over the world and have regular spa treatments. This was by far one of the best massages I have had. The spa itself is small, and I recommend an in room treatment if you can book it. All the staff was pleasant, and I enjoyed my stay. Ask for Aimee (with an i) at the spa. You will be glad you did.

Pros: best massage

Cons: none-book ahead of time-Aimee books up quickly

My experience was top notch from start to finish. I am a seasoned spa goer and I am rarely impressed and I must say that it gets no better than this. Its is not a huge space or is well known unless you are a guest in the hotel( it is located in the W Times Square). The massage that I received from Mike was out of this world. His hands are truly gifted. The facial that I received from Nikki was pure heaven. It is one of the few times I left a facial without looking a red, blotchy mess! The Caviar facial is a must! Once you find this place you will feel like you found a secret that no one else is in on.

Pros: seasoned ,skilled therapists

Cons: none
