frustration!! SIgh...

i went with the intent to get some cute miu miu glasses that were on sale for 99. Although the frames were on sale i have to dish out 150 on top of that for medium spec lenses.

The dood dropped my frames at the time of purchase and he PROMISED me a new frame at pickup.

I went to pickup & upon inspection ( as if i wouldnt) there was a big white scratch on the frame.

When i pointed it out to the dood he got annoyed with me and gave me another pair of frames.

SO... why NOT do that in the first place??? hello??

So, he puts the lenses into the second frame & i thank him and leave.

Upon inspection on the train NOW there is a big scratch on the LENSES!!! SO i went back immediately,

and tried to get a refund cuz i was sick of the back and forth and crappy service.

THE DOOD CHARGED MY CARD AGAIN instead of a REFUND!!!!!!

So, i had to get 2 refunds and call up my CC company and go back to to get an adjustment... UGH...

need i go on?????????

Great find in the West Village

Ignore the complete state of disarray (terrible display cases, smudged lenses and general decay) in this tiny shop, as they stock a great range of frames for an extremely low cost. Also, the gentleman who operates it is a low-pressure, informed guy. I picked up three pairs of designer glasses for about the same price as one pair from Disrespectables.

Recommended.
