I received a bouquet of flowers today, that quite frankly was just plain ugly. It looked like they used the cheapest flowers in their collection, and the colors didn't even match (two different pinks that actually clashed, bright purples that might have looked just okay with the pink if it weren't for the bright yellow mums that came out of nowhere). The bouquet is also lopsided and has some flowers that look as if they have already died, while others haven't bloomed yet. I called them to inquire about the bouquet and the person who answered was downright nasty, and even hung up on me. I would never deal with these people again.
Cons: Untalented florists, who don't know how to coordinate colors and overcharge

Dear CitiFloral: Thanks for delivering flowers to my sister today. She has been taking care of her infirm mother-in-law, a friend who just had surgery, and our brother who is battling late-stage cancer. She also took time off work last month to care for my family while I recuperated from surgery. She was thrilled with the surprise, and therefore, so am I. Besides being incredibly kind and giving, she is a also a classy gal, so thank you for not substituting blue carnations. She described the array of flowers you used, and they sounded lovely. Blue hydrangeas are a family favorite because they remind us of our grandmother's house down south. How did you know?! May the floral gods and goddesses continue to shine upon you today and always.
