Maybe I was drunk, but just getting the food was fun. First you have get enough change, then you choose what you want. But the portions are so tiny you end up trying everything for fun. I wouldn't go out of my way to go back there again. It was just convenient at the time. If you happen to be near it, stop by.

Pros: lighting, location, the whole process of getting food from a vending machine

Cons: no place to sit, but that is the point

I read the reviews here and thought I had to check it out. Even though everyone had said it, I didn't realize how tiny it was until I got there. There's not much room to stand, but the neon decor is really cute. The food in the vending machines look pretty old, and there wasn't much left. So, my boyfriend and I order two burgers and a large cone of fries from the counter. The burgers were tiny and pretty bland tasting, but the fries were really good. They aren't really fries, but more like crispy, seasoned ends. The large order comes with two dipping sauces. We ordered cheddar cheese and marinara sauce and they were pretty bland. All in all, I would only recommend the fries. Its open late, which is good. The guy behind us ordered a snow cone for $2.50 and the cup was huge. They had good flavors to choose from like pink lemonade and passion fruit. The mozzarella sticks were 2.00 for three, so you can decide the value. But I heard that they just recently increased the prices so I'm not sure.

Pros: fries, nostalgic setting, shaved ice, soft serve ice cream, convenience

Cons: food is pretty bland, no standing room, prices are questionable

Remember: there are no seats, its take out! Definitely a good spot for takeout though, just grab the food and walk along awesome St. Marks Pl. I am a vegetarian and the only thing I've tried is the grilled cheese, made on grilled bread, I think it was like $2 and very yummy. They have a lot of choices and its a very cool experience (its like a vending machine) If you're on the go, stop by and grab something.

Whoa! This place is a unique experience if anything. I've never seen anything like it, and I think they said there's only one in the whole country! Everyone had their phone out snapping pictures while I was trying to get something from the automats. Good place to stop by to grab a snack before heading out for a night of festivities and then coming back for a late night snack. Their selection really hits the spot! My fave is the mac n cheese croquette (handheld and just a few bites), and grilled cheese (panini style). They gave me a sample of their fries and sauces and it tastes better the usual pomme frites around the corner. I'll definately be back when I have a snack attack! Drunk persons paradise!

Pros: quick small bite, lite and fast. cool, unique concept and atmosphere.

Cons: no seating

If you even pass by this place, you want to stop and look in. It's a bright pink cafeteria looking space, with a huge wall of automatic food machines. The Teri-burger is definitely my favorite, and I love the look and feel of the place. It's fast and fun, and definitely affordable.

Pros: fast, fun, great food

Cons: occasional lack of selection due to traffic

my friends & i came here post-drinking on friday night. i had heard about the novel concept from another friend, and was very excited to try it out. the place consists of a vending machine wall, and a small counter (for ordering drinks, fries, and soft serve). theres a kitchen in the back that keeps the wall of food well-stocked. theres also a change machine since the wall doesnt accept bills. its lit with pink lights, which gives everything a weird retro glow. i had read good things about the mac & cheese kroket ($1.75), so i was very eager to try that out. it was really good a stick of mac and cheese wrapped in crispy breading. there are dipping sauces and ketchup on the side to spice up any item. i guess im pretty biased since mac & cheese is on my list of top 10 favourite foods, so i always think that its wonderful. my friend had the terigrilled chicken burger ($2), which was pretty much like a white meat slider. im pretty sure that he liked it a lot since it was gone in about 15 seconds. we also tried the doughnuts ($2), grilled cheese, and hot dog. i was really disappointed to find that their pb&j empanada had sold out maybe next time. i think that each item from the wall is around $2. to ensure freshness, they dont keep any unsold item stocked for longer than 25 minutes. a friend struck up a conversation with robert kwak, who was manning the counter. she ordered the green tea & vanilla soft serve ($2), which she said was excellent. he also gave her a cone of free fries. i enjoyed them immensely as they were hot, thick-cut, and well-salted. mmmm. overall, an excellent place for post-drinking food. i enjoyed the novel concept, bite-sized foods, instant gratification, and cheap prices. its also open 24/7, which is wonderful.

Pros: inexpensive, novelty, mac & cheese krokets

Cons: dry grilled cheese, unavailability of some items
