The view was beautiful and the people were so nice. I went here for a few drinks with a friend and we enjoyed ourselves so much. It was very relaxing and beautifel at the same time. Great placve to go just for a few drinks and to catch up with people.

We are from Brazil. We are so surprised at the beatiful warm weather in New York in November. We picked a short private tour of Manhattan complete with meals & attractions. Our tour guide was multilingual and spoke portugese when we did not understand. The car was brand newe and beautiful. The chauffeur was great! Only wish was more time - Paola of Bahia
Pros: Great Service- patient driver

As an editor of several hospitality and tourism related magazines in Asia (and a NY'er) I've met with hundreds of people running these types of tours and come to recognize that the mark of quality service is the desire of the owner/manager to create a great experience. While money is a part of every business, the most successful are created by people who are more interested in the product than the bottom line. I've chatted with Ed on several occasions and I guarantee he knows the city and he's determined to provide his customers with exactly what they want, plus a little extra. It's that little extra that will make a tour with Destination NYC a memorable experience. We opted to do a private tour because we didn't want to deal with the big buses and the crowds. Plus we didn't want to do a lot of walking so we asked them to put together a custome tour just for us. Our tour guide was friendly, presentable and on time. The SUV was clean and comfortable and our driver was nice. We give it 5-stars.
Pros: Very good service and pleasant attitude. We enjoyed it.
