by MrCritic

Had a indifferent indian waitress that was very rude that took order and never came back. she seems like she was daydreaming. asked for utensils that she never bought to us. she seems more interested on her phone. dont no what to do. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

Terrible service and mediocre food. If you go you will definitely find out how bad the service is.

by stratreview

The service is terrible and food is mediocre. I only go because I live nearby and want convenience. They always manage to mess up my orders whether I eat there or get takeout. Definitely check the bill because they have tried to charge me for food I did not order. One time we told them we did not order a salad and hamburger they brought out but they left the charges on the bill. Luckily we caught it and had them remove it. Management does not seem to care that the service is horrible while the waiters/waitresses are indifferent. Hard to believe they will be in business much longer. Just really bad management at this place. If you go you will find out how badly its run. Food is acceptable but does not make up for the horrible treatment you will experience.

  • Pros: Reasonable Prices
  • Cons: Terrible service and attitude

worst service ever

by spinitch

This place is awful. We ordered mojitos at about 8pm or so. At 830am, the manager was VERY RUDE and wanted to kick us out of the restaurant. Hello??? Why even let us order when they planned to close so early??? That manager should be fired. Or, if he owns the restaurant, should go back to service school. Avoid by all means. Too bad, the outdoor area is nice.

Worst Veggie Burger in Town

by evillagecritic

The fries are fantastic - hence - 1 star. Nobody speaks English so they get your order wrong. Then your veggie burger comes out and you're famished. The veggie burger has whole peas and chunks of squash in it. Gross. I do recommend the spicy ketchup to go with your fries. Besides that - skip this money drain - unless you're a band of 12 German tourists and you haven't figured out this place is not good.

  • Pros: They let you leave.
  • Cons: The no-English speaking staff, way too expensive.

Great locale, so-so food

by jessekalim

I just found this place and was stunned at how beautiful the location is. Their menu also looks good. However, I generally like plainer food, not gourmet or anything, and the menu described the burger as only having lettuce, tomato and pickle. After I got it (which was back at the office since it was to go) I discovered it also had 1000island dressing. wtf? I'm generally a picky eater, and I understand that some people might like that on a burger, but I felt it's common courtesy to warn me. Also, the lines were very long, but that's to be expected for lunch in the area.

don't get milkshake

by jeeyun

We live close by, and visited there when they opened, it was less than an average burger for the more money and the service was bad. The location is the only thing worth it. If you order a coffee, you get the number, sit on a table, wait till they bring out the coffee in a paper cup, then you have to get up and go back to the tiny stand next to the crowed line next to the register for sugar and milk. what's the point?? We were absolutely disappointed but we decided to give it another chance, this time, instead of coffee, I ordered a chocolate milkshake. Again, they serve it in a deli-like a cheap paper cup with a straw, I couldn't drink it, so I opened the lid, I couldn't even stir it, it was so hard and icy in the bottom, there was no way to eat(drink) it, so I asked for a spoon, and they asked me what's wrong with it, I explained, then he insisted that he makes a new cup for me, took it back, and brought a new one, it was exactly the same. not only that it was chunky, the taste was watered chocolate powder. It was so horrible, we just left the restaurant.

The burger is very salty, they have saucy pickles in the middle, the meat itself is nothing better than fast food chains. After two horrible experiences, we decided never to go back.

twice and still not loving

by truereview

ive eaten here twice now and still think they could do a much better job. atmosphere is great, great setup and windows. menu is great, but execution is terrible. salads are already prepared and refrigerated so everything sort of tastes like cold refridgerator smell. the melted sandwich i had also just wasnt that great. everything sounds so good on the menu, but never is that great once you start eating.

great burger

by fwhite1303

If you're not in a hurry and dont mind baaaaaaad service, eat here. Their burgers are awesome and fries are great. Their homemade lemonade is addicting. The service needs serious work, but the food is perfect!

An urban-style beer garden for soaking up suds and sunshine.

by Katie Heffernan

The Scene
The only thing that's missing from this staged park scene is the chirping of mechanical birds. Giant garage windows allow natural light to spill over rows of blonde bench seating, hanging hubcaps and ficus trees planted in oil drums. An overhead marquee menu invites walk-up ordering--and the lunchtime crowd might be better off going this route, given the stunted table service.

The Food
Like an afternoon spent outdoors, you'll find hot dogs, hamburgers and sausages on the grill. The simple, skinny-pattied burger is about what you'd expect from any old snack stand, and its accompanying Belgian spuds are surpassed by a basket of flaky, buttermilk onion rings. More interesting is the Parmesean-Gruyere grilled cheese, stuffed with tomatoes and pesto sauce, or a generous helping of the mild, caramelized onion-topped kielbasa. Most dishes come with dipping sauces: The spicy sambal ketchup and garlic aoli create the most harmonious flavors.

good burger

by ljetty

Bad to the point of being comical. Cut your nails before you step into this place because you will scratch your head bloody ordering with their staff.
