Helpful, courteous, and responsive customer service. Beautiful and rare classic first editions. Very personalized finding services and fair prices.

Pros: Beautiful classic first editions, and tremendous customer service!!!

Cons: mostly internet and telephone sales, although browsing by appointment is available
