worst service ever

If you want to wait 45min for a simple bagel with butter come here. Living in hoboken for over year I have never had a positive experience. Every single time I visit this place my order NEVER comes out right, not to mention last time I went I found a hair in my egg, after I waited a half hr with a screwed up order. The staff there is a bunch of high school kids who are not organized and have no idea what they are doing. While you wait patiently for your order they are messing around in the back, visible to their customers, and have no regard for the customer service. It is a shame because the owner seems like a nice guy and I keep trying to give it a chance but I'd rather walk up to washington st for a bagel. Figure by the time i walk up there get a bagel and come back, eat the bagel and take a nap i'd probably still be sitting in this place waiting for a messed up order.
