Sleek is Great!

Just had lipo last November and do chemical peels and laser at Sleek. the staff is efficient, friendly and professional. Natasha Hansi is great! Ask for her for laser, micro, and chemical peels.

Great place Sleek

I absolutely love this place! Where can i Start.. Well i love the services! I have been coming here for about 2 years now. I originally came here to get rid of my unruly stubborn hair... no more waxing! yay! then once that was gone i spoke to the wonderful estheticians in the room about my severe acne i had on my back that ive had since high school. Now in my 20's.. how embarrassing :/ it was wonderful to have some private time and talk about my problems. they started me on chemical peels and a cleanser that cleared it all up! now i am so confident to wear a dress again!

even though it does get busy some times and you have to wait, i guess it means that it is pretty popular!! keep it up sleek!

Visit to the spa

I had an appointment last Wednesday which was scheduled by a call center in Florida. I left work early to make the appt since they didn't have late hours on the day it was convenient to me. I arrived on time and met with a consultant and just waited and waited and waited for the Doctor who apparently was in surgery till who knows when. When I was informed of this situation I was ticked off because I should have been notified in advance when they called the same day to confirm that Dr. is in surgery today and no need to rush as it could run till so and so time. However, I did speak to the consultant Voula, (who was super nice) and try to bat for my side. lol The operating manager also tried to rectify the situation so she got the office manager involved who then approached the situation by giving away a free therapy treatment. I was thrilled about that. Hey who doesn't like something free? I relaxed and we were able to reschedule for a time and day that works best for both. Nice!!

I came in yesterday and finally met with Dr. Azarian who is young but must say very friendly, caring, honest, and did I say super cool. Our consult went good, she explained thoroughly a lot about the areas I was looking to have and was brutally honest what the results might look like. I appreciate it more then anything. She said look, think it over and no matter where you have it done just understand your risks. I like this doctor. I said I will think about it and get some other opinions. I also knew Voula will follow up with me this week to give me an overall price. One expense I didn't know I had to endure was the blood work. I don't have health insurance so I will have to figure how much that will cost me without having to pay a regular doc too.

Great experience

I have been going to Sleek for years and finally found the technician of my dreams there. Natalie Sharp is the only person to ask for, she is a GENIUS. I have done both Botox and Juvederm with her and have been absolutely DELIGHTED with her results. I have gone to several technicians previous to Natalie and her work is hands down the best. She takes her time, really listens to what your needs are and is committed to addressing them and ensuring you are happy with the results. She is also VERY knowledgeable about these procedures and knows exactly how to work with them to achieve the desired result. She's a true artist and I wouldn't go to anyone else.

TERRIBLE!

I should have run when I got a bad vibe from the consultant who I totally agree was just like a used car salesman.

I wanted to look perfect for my wedding though so I paid for 6 AREAS to have the vaser lipo done on (when I originally only thought I needed 2, but got convinced of doing more) and I also bought a package of 5 photodynamic sessions for my face. I ended up spending over $16,000 for everything.

Not only did I see NO results from the vaser lipo (I still look like my "before" shot) but I was actuually accused of GAINING weight!! What woman in her right mind ever wants to hear that!? Oh and this was told to me 2 WEEKS before my wedding!! And I never got an apology either.

The photodynamic is another train wreck. I only did one photodynamic session, (I saw no results) and the next THREE times I went in for my appt I was told AFTER I was already there that they did not have the levulan face gel and they could not perform the procedure. This was incredibly frustrating bc the weather was bad and it was a pain for me to get to the city from Hoboken not to mention their scheduling SUCKS and it is SO hard to nail down an appt with them.

Since I did not have much time I went to see a derm who put me on an awesome skin care regimin and told me not to continue with the pd sessions. I told Tina the mgr this and she said if I came in with a note from my derm I would be fully refunded within 6-8 weeks. WELL it has now been Over 2 months since I brought in the note and STILL no refund. I tried calling customer service and all you get EVERY time is an answering machine. I left messages, wrote an email and still have not received any feedback from them. My next call will be to my credit card company to reverse the charges for FRAUD.

I would not be surprised to see this company go under. Not only are they way overpriced, but they are unprofessional and they have NO customer service.

I am seeking a reimbursement for all of the services I bought from sleek.

I am SO unsatisfied. It is disgusting that they think their procedures work. All I am left with are ugly visible scars all over my body and lumps and bumps on places there never were lumps and bumps before. Not to mention being out $16,000.

Not only do I NOT recommend sleek, but I am actively trying to seek retribution for their services.

Horrible Service for inflated prices but Technicians AMAZING

I have been having many problems with the NYC Sleek location. They dont return phone calls or confirm appointments. I have called again today to ask about my next appointment (the first call went unanswered). In addition, the woman that I did my consultation with was rude. I had to ask her about packages, none were presented to me. Lastly, when I filled out my patient information sheet I was given another patients information sheet with ALL their identifying information on it (This is a major violation of HIPPA). The consultation woman gave me a new form and simply laid the other patients information on a desk in full view of whoever was having their consultation at the present time.

I am very very disappointed with the service received at SLEEK NYC and unfortunately will not be able to recommend, at least the NYC location, to friends. On another note the technicians are AMAZING. The two I have seen thus far are courteous, knowledgeable, and seem to really care about the client.

If you can help me at the very least get in touch with the venue to compete my service package (2 more sessions) that would be great.

Unprofessional and expensive!!!

So I made an appointment for the free consultation on a liposuction procedure after I saw their ad for 40% off. I arrived 15 mins late..due to midtown traffic. Anyhow while sitting in the waiting room, I checked my email and there was an email from them sent 10 mins after my appointment time telling me to call and reschedule, I guess they dont want you to be late but hey traffic happens. So I met with one of their consultant, first impression not friendly at all, not even a smile. She seemed very cold and uninterested. Then she told me she has other people to see after me so we have to get started. What? I felt a certain way about that statement. As if I wasnt important and we should hurry because she had other appointments. As I recall there wasnt anybody else in the waiting room. So I proceeded to tell her what I wanted and she went to give me prices for the procedure. She didnt explain anything about the procedure, all I heard was the price and how I would have to hurry to make a decision because the special ends in a week and i would have to leave a $500 deposit to lock in the price. I hated feeling like I didnt have time to think it over. In my opinion a consultation should be an information session about the procedure. I did not get any info only a price. So I told her that I would get back to her, she said I have until monday, I went in on a thursday. Even before I left the office I knew I was not going to do my procedure there. So after a few other consults with doctors I found sleek to be very overpriced even though they were offering a discount. I found a great doctor who did my procedure on 3 areas for $1200 less without a discount, than what sleek was offering me to do on 2 areas( Upper and lower abdomen $5600). So overpriced. So my advice is to shop around for good doctors that care about what you want and not pushy consultants who want to make a sale and overcharge you.

UNPROFEESIONAL!!!

My girlfriends mother recently got work done here. In May, Saturday the 14th she had to go back in to have stitches removed. She's in her mid 60's and they rushed her through removing her stitches and caused her great pain.

The doctor even had his jacket on as if where he had to be that day was more important.

This was followed by not one doctor or nurse asking if she was okay. I went with her on her second visit today and made sure that didn't happen again. Only when I got there with her did they show her any concern or respect. It shouldn't have to come down to and old woman needing a "body guard" just to get proper care from these so called doctors.

great treatment and customer service. love the ladies here

I purchased a package of Laser Hair Removal for my face, and it was seriously the best thing i've ever done. I will say that I had to shave my face which at first I was scared to do, but I am on my 5th treatment now and my hair is barely there and my skin has cleared up as well. The esthetician, Ilisa, was very informative and thorough. I will say It is very hard to get an appt. but silvie and christina at the front are super nice and always accommodate my busy schedule. I was just talking to them about doing more areas and I'm going to highly consider it once I save more money... It is costly but definitely worth it!

Love My Doctor

I went to Sleek a few months ago for a consultation, I was interested in loosing the fat on my stomach and I wanted to see what they could do for the lines on my face. I am only 40 but I feel everything is sagging a bit. I met with Dr. Singer and her was very nice. He said we could do Vaser lipo on my stomach and then take the fat and inject it into my face. I decided to have it done and it was wonderful. My stomach is flat and my face looks fabulous!!. I feel and look like I am 30. Adding some fat to my face made such a big difference even my skin looks better. Dr, Singer and the team at Sleek Are the best!!!
