Our trip to Boston was distrubted by a car rental company calling us and saying the Passenger van we reserved will not be back on time for our rental. We went on craze looking for last minute Passenger van rentals search till we found Pam Rent-a-Car pamrentacar dot com They picked us up ( 12 of us). The rate was fair and the vans was under 7000 miles on it. Thank you for the Crew in St James and in JFK Airport.

Your employees are outstanding examples of what all customer-service providers should be. I thought it would have been a stressful situation (our first time ever Renting a car ), but they made us feel very comfortable and at ease. We had a great family vacation in your luxuary van.We very much enjoyed our time spent!

I work for a summer camp in South Hampton, NY. This past summer we rented three 15 passenger vans from Pam Rent A Car in East Hampton. I would just like to thank the guys that work there for all there help and for being so nice. They even came to our camp and picked up the three of us so we would not need a fourth person to drive us there. We are looking forward to this coming summer and building a long relationship with the folks at pam rent a car in east hampton. They provided us with new, clean vans. They offered us a great rate for the summer rental on the vans. They even came and helped us change a flat tire. All in all i would rank them among the best rental agency's in New York.

This past week I flew into JFK airport with members from my church in Denver. We had made arrangements for a 12 passenger van. When we arrived at the airport we called the rental office and Dexter the store manager sent someone to the terminal to pick us up with all of our luggage. As we were loading the luggage and the people from our group we realized just how tight it was going to be in the van for all of us. Upon our arrival to the Holiday Inn where the office is located we were offered an upgrade to the 15 passenger to better accommodate us and our luggage. The entire experience was very pleasant and the upgrade made the entire trip very pleasurable. Dexter even had GPS navigation put in the van to better assist in getting from the airport to our destination in New Jersey. The trip was great success and I feel we owe a great deal of thanks to Dexter and Pam Rent a Car.

Excellent Van & Car Rental Company in Long Island:: I want to send a special thank you to the people at Pam Rent A Car in St. James New York. They were all wonderful in arranging for our reservations for this coming summer. They have arranged for my Church to have 3 brand new 15 passenger vans. They were very fast and professional in there responses to my questions about this. They even worked out a fantastic deal for us, and offered to deliver all three vans to the church at no extra cost. I wish everyone there a blessed year and a wonderful upcoming summer. I know if they treat the rest of there customer only half as well as they treated me, they will be here a long time and continue to have thrive with a successful business.

Over this past weekend I flew into JFK, the rental office i had my reservation with did not have a vehicle for me. I started my frantic search for a car and was told to call Pam Rent A Car from someone working at the airport, I did and and found they had a car available for me. There office is not at the airport, its at the holiday inn not far from the airport. The guy working at the counter Dexter, offered to come pick me up so i would not have to wait any longer than i already had. He was a nice guy and got me into a car and on the road in very good time. They even had a navigation unit for me to rent since i had no idea how to get where i was going. All in all i would say it was a very good experience. Compared to the other rental company i was supposed to get a car from there prices were actually really good. I dont travel to new york often but when i do go back i know ill be getting my car from them.

Pros: Excellent Service Nice Luxury Vans and Good Rates

Cons: No locations in Washington DC

My husband, daughter and I rented a car from PAM Car Rentals in New York after flying into La Guardia this past weekend - and I was very surprised at the good service. I read constant horror stories at this website and was expecting the worst. The shuttle was waiting outside the airport as soon as we arrived and we were in our car literally 15 minutes later. They tried an up-sale but we were polite, as were they as they didn't try to force the issue. The actual car we rented wasn't available, but we were quickly upgraded and sent on our way. Hurray to the staff at the LaGuardia Airport location!

I just came back from a mini-vacation in New York City and I had an awesome experience renting a car with Pam Rent A Car in JFK Airport New York. Instead of reserving online, as I usually do, I called their 800 number 1-800-894-6102, was quoted a very attractive price, and I booked it. When I arrived at their JFK (Kennedy Airport New York)offsite location in the Holiday Inn Hotel JFK Airport, I was greeted by Dexter Peirre. In conversation, I mentioned that I work for an Insurance company. I was pleasantly surprised that Dexter did not try and sell me CDW, and more pleasantly surprised when he upgraded me at no additional charge. He was courteous and got me out of there in less than 10 minutes. Upon returning the vehicle, I was met by Josh Ortin. I advised Josh that I was concerned with the "hold" that sometimes stays on my credit card when I rent. He immediately got me a printout showing that the balance from the hold, was reapplied to my card...and I was in and out of there, and on the shuttle to the airport, in again, less than 10 minutes. My next trip to New York I will definitely use Pam Rent A Car again!

While vacationing in New York City the last week of June, my husband and I rented a car from PAM Queen New York Car Rental in Queens New York. To keep a long story short, I won the trip so all the arrangements were pretty much made for us, keep this in mind. We got off the plane and headed for the area labeled Rental Cars. The location was outside, which was fine, and we sat on a concrete bench to wait for the big green bus to take us to the satellite branch. I'm here to tell you that we didn't wait more than 5 minutes! Literally! The bus driver actually got out of his seat to help us load our luggage and he even smiled! (You don't see that very often anymore, especially in New York City) :-) Once we arrived at the Holiday Inn Hotel Lobby office we simply walked to the counter and told the lady our name. She confirmed our request and reservation for a convertible and that we were going to be returning it to a different office in JFK Kennedy Airport New York, she got all of our credit card information and asked if we had any further questions. We said, "Yeah, which car do we get?" She smiled politely and said, "Take your pick in the aisle labeled Convertible." Huh? You mean we get to pick the exact car we want? Is that cool or what? We walked out to the lot and sure enough, there was a whole line of cars just waiting to be chosen for a week of fun and excitement. The keys were all located in the trunk so all we had to do was turn the key, load our stuff and we were ready to go! We did our own inspection for damage and turned it in at the gate before leaving the premises. PAM Queen New York Car Rental really did make it very easy for the traveler, professional or not. They were very courteous and friendly. I would gladly rent another car, truck, SUV or whatever from PAM Queen New York Car Rental.

As frequent travelers who visit New York once or twice a month, my husband and I have become intimately familiar with most of the major car rental agencies there. To save money, we roll the dice with Priceline. Normally we get Alamo, but Avis and Hertz ...But when we got to Pam Rent a Car the search was Over. Clean and New Cars, Excellent Service, Good Pepole and lowest Rates We called 718-995-3723 and also visited their site at pamrentacar dot com
