Mr. Constantin is a consummate professional. I would have to fill a page to record all the positive things I have to say about this fine man. He cleaned all of my carpets (which were stained and dirty) and removed all the stains, including 4-year old rubber cement. My carpets gleams. Mr. Constantin also cleaned my sofa sectional and that is sparkling. And he resealed and regrouted my bathtub and tiles. This was a real challenge. I had tried to do this myself and made a complete mess of things. Mr. Constantin removed all of the mess and did the most beautiful job--it looks brand new. All done in about 5 hours at a very fair price. Lila Englewood, NJ

Have used this company for two years and will continue, carpets are always spotless when he's finished, and with two kids and a dog that's a big job! Highly recommended! Priced perfect great service and no additional cost for the job, did a great job and left the place smelling clean and new.

It is such a pleasure to have your company clean my bedroom carpet. This is the second time I received such great service from your cleaners. We were very happy with the quality of work Procarpetservice provided. Many of the carpet cleaners in the past just seemed to rush thought the work, However the technician took his time and seems like they take pride in the results. We ill always recommend you guys. Alida k. Westchester!

My experience with ProCarpetService was awsome. We needed a quality carpet cleaner but did not know anything about the industry. ProCarpetservice was very Honest, Professional and most importantly on-time. Thank you Mindi Dumont NJ. We will try them again for other services also, we need our tile floor in the kitchen cleaned and they are specialized in carpet installation also witch we need for put basement floor!

Pros: . The technician was prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable.

Cons: Also I like the way they run the company - onetime and no hidden charges.

We really liked working with the ProCarpetService. Initially the reason why we called we based on their past great reviews. Everything worked out perfect. We were moving in to a new condo with little notice for a heavy duty house cleaning & carpet cleaninabut they were able to get us scheduled and make it on time. Procarpetservice Carpet Cleaners is a great company. The technician was prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. He did an excellent job and got rid of some stains that I thought would never come out. He also made some suggestions that would help keep the carpet clean and last longer. I felt like I got a great deal and will refer them to my family and friends. Best Regards, Upper east side NY:)

I am pleased to provide this letter of recommendation for ProCarpetService. He has been cleaning the tile floor of the pediartic center we own for over two years and has consistently provided detail cleaning other commerical cleaners don't provide to keep the salon looking good for the children . He has been readily flexible to adjust to our changing schedules and readily accepted request for special cleaning immediately . I must admit I was a little bit worried about sending our rug away to be cleaned but you made the whole process so simple and kept in touch with us throughout.The results made the whole thing worth while and I will be sending you my other rugs in the near future
