Glad to shop here
by Mvilla
I'm not gonna lie, I never knew uniqlo until I've heard about from my friend, and I'm glad that I actually stopped by to check it out. Not only they're prices are fair, the quality is really good. They have every style that I can think of. I recommend this to the top 5 shopping list in NYC.
- Pros: Vast styles
The Only Clothing Store Worth Going To in Manhattan
by arlaur
A friend of mine dragged me in to Uniqlo last year, and I'm so glad she did-- the place has everything. The clothes are not expensive, and are very high quality for what you pay for. And they have just about every style. Plus, for those of us who, like me, are short, Uniqlo has free alteration on the premises, with same-day service! No complaints here!
- Pros: Vast stylistic variety, not pricey, free alterations on the premises
Office-clothes nirvana
by justinh
I can't say these are the most stylish clothes in the world, but they fit well, and the selection is perfect for the kinds of clothes you need for the office. Coats are especially cheap, and the simple cuts get the job done without looking like cookie-cutter tailoring from Banana Republic. Wide ranges of colors are a nice bonus.
From the streets of Harajuku to the cobblestone of Soho, this Japanese import makes looking hip affordable.

It's hard to wander through this store's three expansive floors and not find something that you want. Displayed in a clean, modern space featuring blond wood floors and sleek track lighting is a plethora of inexpensive clothing options: military-style wool coats and edgy art-print T-shirts for hipsters, soft cashmere sweaters for preppy girls, striped Oxford shirts for corporate types, cropped tweed blazers for downtown fashionistas and stylish denim for the whole family.
