Computer died. Joe at NYCH was calm and saved the day. He was professional, dilligent and did a great job. No tech attitude at all. He recovered all my info and restored my computer to splender. Thanks Joe!

This is the 4th different laptop I've brought in..and I keep going back to these guys because they are absolutely without a doubt the most honest service company folks I've ever met. On 2 computers, they recommended not performing a couple of services since the laptops were too old or they recommended another fix. They truely care and take pride in their work and that's why I'm writing this review to share and recommend!

I wasn't sure if I should fix my 4 year old laptop or move onto a new one. So, I had these guys check it out and I was really expecting to hear "We can fix this computer for only $500." Instead, they said get a new computer - there's no sense investing in something that will not last long. I really was shocked to hear such honesty. I am about to buy a new mac and have them transfer the files from my old computer over.

My 2 year old laptop wouldn't show any power whatsever. I really was about to trash it. I asked some coworkers if they knew a good computer repair shop & they referred me to NY Computer Help's new west side shop. I went there and got a quick diagnotic and reasonable rate. I really didnt think my laptop was going to turn on but sure enough it was powering up and I was able to work with my emails again! the NY Computer Help techies are true miracle workers and just in time for the holidays.

My boyfriend stepped on my Dell laptop screen. As you can imagine, he is in the doghouse with me now. He made up for it by bringing it New York Computer Help. I was in the middle of mid-terms so I really needed quick service. I brought it to them on Thursday late morning and received it back Friday afternoon with a new screen. Not even Dell could promise such a fast turn-around. Worth every penny. Thanks a bunch! Now, if only I can get a service to fix my boyfriend and his heavy foot! :)

Pros: quick, felt comfortable, got my computer working again fast!

Cons: my boyfriend and I are still together :)

Well, the title says it all. My laptop got now power whatsoever. They diagnosed it and put the right replacement part in to get my laptop running again. It sounds simple enough, but I know not all computer repair places would nail it right on the head like this place did. So, I'm letting I'll my friends know to go there for the best computer help.

Our company server was down and these folks got it up and running, and set up the workstations to access the server files, configure emails, antivirus, etc. all within hours in the same day. A true lifesaver!

I couldn't turn on my Dell. Didn't know why. Brought it to New York Computer Help's West Side branch - got friendly service, able to drop it off and return after work to pick it up. Now, my baby is working fine again. They got rid of a bunch of viruses that found their way onto my PC. Just wanted to write something to say how the service was exactly what I needed have my system turn on okay again.

I dropped of my laptop on Wednesday and received it Thursday better than ever. The diagnostic was quick, repair cost was provided before proceeding, and the service and work were superior. Thank you!!!

I needed for a my small office to be have faster Internet service and networking between my computers. Also, I needed a reliable backup. NYCH came out to assess and implement a solution that has allowed my office to run smoothly ever since. Thanks guys!
