After months of smelling the horrible scent of dog urine, I finally decided to look up a carpet cleaner to see if they could get the smell out of my house. I phoned Flat Rate Carpet for free estimate. The staff were very friendly, but more importantly, THEY GOT THE SMELL out. Now all I have left is to train my dog!

My 4 year old has just finished wetting the bed at night so we decided to get her mattress cleaned. When the technician came out he did an amazing job, I saw and smelt the difference. As the price was reasonable I got him to do all the other mattresses. Thank you and I know we will definitely sleep better.

I'm posting this for Joe, my technician, and his assistant, who did a kick-ass job on my living room yesterday! My carpet looks great and when I offered to tip him, he just asked I put in a good word for him so here it is...Thank you, gentlemen!

Me and my husband have 2 cats and a dog living inside the house. A week and a half ago my mother got sick and moved in with us. The problem is that she is very allergic to cats. We had to bring someone that can clean our carpet and upholstery quickly and thoroughly. We called ny carpets and one day later our carpets were as good as new! Efficient and quick- that’s how a customer should be served! Thank you ny carpets!

when I called flatrate carpet I didn't really believe that those ugly old stains, from the time my son was a baby, can come off. but I thought "hey, at least it will smell good..." when the job was done I couldn't believe my eyes: it was as good as new, not even a small sign that there was a stain! and the smell is great! so- it was worth every dollar. thank you flatrate carpet

My new puppy decided it wanted to use the rug my mother-in-law gave to us as a wedding present as a chew toy. The whole corner was chewed up. I didn't think it could be saved, but I called Flat Rate anyway because I knew it was really expensive and she would've been upset. They brought the rug back in two weeks and I couldn't believe how great it looked, you couldn't even tell. I was so relieved that everything worked out. They were really nice and professional.

Just thought I'd join in on praising Flat Rate Carpet Cleaners. I have an old rug passed down to me from my mother after being passed down to her by her mother. The carpet is already worn out, and I didn't want to have to give it up. I reached Flat Rate by recommedation of a friend and decided to givr them a chance. I was paid a pleasant visit by polite and professional technicians who did a superb job at a more than reasonable price. They'll definitely be the ones I turn to in my next hour of need.

My experience with Flat Rate Carpet has been always been very good. I have been using them for years to clean my turkish area rugs that were passed on to me from my grandfather. Even though its a messy and dangerous job, Flat Rate always seems to do it just right. They have neevr raised the price on me, no matter how hard the job was. Every technician they ever sent has been friendly, honest, and reasonable. I cherish these rugs dearly, and I'm glad that i can trust a company to take care of my rugs. If you are looking for an honest, reliable company, Flat Rate Carpet is the company for you.

this guy came to clean my w 2 w carpets after a weekend party and god it was a mess! i don't know what i would do without his super professional treatment . within 2 hours all my carpets (2 bedrooms & living room ) were done and looking great ! thank you for saving my day !
