Sailed last night with my boyfriend and his friends. Couldn't have been more perfect. The captain / owner Miles, was cool, professional, fun and an all around great time - not too bad on the eyes either. The food and drinks were amazing, the sunset perfect, and the boat beautiful. Definitely one of the most interesting out of the ordinary evenings I've had all summer. Highly recommended for couples and intimate parties.

I charted a boat this summer for a friend's birthday. It was the best 2 hours I've spent in a long time. My friend's couldn't thank me enough for finding it. The staff was super nice and totally non-intrusive. The boat was a good size and well-kept. We brought our own food and drink to save a little money, but honestly the price was well worth it. Exactly what I needed in a city this nuts. Perfect summer activity...highly recommended.

I can't say enough about how pleased I was with our experience sailing with Atlantic Yachting. Getting engaged on their sail boat was a fantastic experience. The staff (Brooks, Tanya, and Miles) really helped make it even more special. My fiance and I highly recommend this company to anyone looking to sail.

Able Captain Sean and his first mate were wonderful; educational and adept sailors. I hope they get out of there fast. The booking process was ridiculous, and when we were not given all that was promised by the owner he refused to refund any of our payment, and will not return any of my calls. Added to this he was very inappropriate with a female coworker when she tried to call. Pick another charter company.

Pros: The Staff! Thank you for a wonderful evening!

The best birthday treat! Fabulous ship (the Go Lightly) great weather, the NYC view from the water, fantastic, friendly and knowledgeable crew (Sean & Dan) all 5 minutes from home. What more could you ask for? If you can't own your own sailboat, this is the one to charter.

We had the most wonderful time sailing on the Golightly. Captain Sean was a true man of the sea, young in appearance but extremely knowledgeable. The service was impeccable. Th only problem we had was with the owner, who seemed to be drunk when he spoke with my date, and did not come through with any of the promised amenities. The service was 5 stars, however the company itself got less than 1.

I can't say enough about our experience or the level of service offered by these guys. I chartered their sailboat last weekend at the very last second to propose to my girlfriend and it went off perfectly. They picked up flowers, champagne, and catering before the charter and even arranged for a photographer to show up. Miles, our captain, was really charming, easy going, and in control, which gave us the perfect atmosphere for our sail. We sailed into the sunset and just as we passed the Statue of Liberty, I popped the question. And she said YES. What else do I have to say? We spent the rest of our time cruising around the Hudson under moonlight, sipping champagne and watching the skyline roll by. I highly recommend this!

Had an amazing time on a sunset sail. The crew was great, boat amazing, price right. I cant say enough, highly recommended as a way to get together with friends or your significant other.

If you are searching the internet for the right yacht or sailboat charter, look no further. I got engaged on one of their sailing yachts , "GoLightly" (The boat was pristine) , and it was the most memorable experience ever. The captain (Miles) was extremely creative with helping me make this night a surprise evening to remember. Without giving away the mushy details (come up with your own idea! ;) - it could not have gone smoother. After I popped the question, the champagne, strawberries and roses I ordered were brought up to the front of the ship for us to celebrate. They then hooked up my Ipod to play one of my personal playlists on the boats speakers making it even more of a personalized experience. Extremely classy crew, smooth and discreet payment process, etc. This really had it all and then some! These guys really know what they are doing. Fair prices, GREAT service, in your face views of the manhattan skyline, what more do you want????? Do not hesitate to book with these guys. I plan to book a charter with these guys with a larger group of friends as well, so don't think it is only a private couples thing. Either way you can't go wrong. Thanks again AYA!

My friends and I chartered a sail boat for my bachelor party on a saturday evening, and these guys were laid-back, non-corporate, and affordable. We were allowed to bring our alcohol and food, and just play around as we liked. The 6 of us had a great time, and the price of $395 for two hours can't be beat. The crew were great.
