Great plant selection

This was the first time I actively sought out landscapers in the NYC area. Scccarry. Luckily, I ran into Urban relatively early on my travels. We needed a company to come in and freshen up out garden area with new c combination of annuals and perennials. There were a few local landscapers that appeared to be professional and well dressed to the estimate, but I was amazed by the knowledgeable staff of UP. They not only came up with a great design concept, but used flowers and plants that I had never seen before and did not even think were indigenous to New York. Kudos to the maintenance and design teams!

NY Landscape Design company

Urban designed our Landscape in the city as well as our Connecticut home. In both situations they have an exceptional ability to maximize the space and make it extremely functional. We entertain fairly often and we can seat twice as many people as before. They seem to be very attentive to all details and know their staff. We always have something in flower.

Best Therapy

Plant Therapy

This may sound over the top, but like most people I have been in a slight depression with the economy and so on. I thought I could use some flowers to brighten up my apartment. I have to tell you the orchids and palms take me out of the city and make me feel far away from the craziness of New York. I would recommend Urban Plantscapes to anyone that lives in an urban area. In a way it is supplementing the lack of nature in the city. Beautiful, natural and filters the air. Great Staff. Urban waters, cleans, and keeps the plants looking fresh.

Best landscape management company around

I saw them on Park Ave, I guess they landscape the medians. We have used Urban Plantscapes several times for building downtown. Their work is quality. There designs are unbelievable; our design team came up with the perfect solution for our lobby. With all of the flowers and plants you think you were somewhere else than NYC in January. I recommend them to all of our clients for their individual offices and apartments.

Best Indoor Landscaper in New York City (plant watering)

For years my wife and I have had numerous struggling plants at work and home. We heard about Urban Plantscapes after seeing them on channel 4. They basically bring in plants, flowers and pottery match them to your decor and light levels. Once everything is installed they guarantee everything. Our plants in New York look great as well as our orchids, bromeliads and gerber daisies in our New Jersey suburban home. The always mix up the color in the plant rotation, bright reds, yellows, pink, purple, burgundy, white, orange, etc. Some of these flowers I have never seen before, but are extremely cool. Our guests always comment on them and I describe it like I am a horticulturalist. Haha.

In all seriousness I recommend them to all of our clients and friends.

The best interior landscaper in NYC area (plant watering service)

Urban Plantscapes is by far the best plant watering service in New York & New Jersey. I have experienced a few different interior landscapers, but this company?s customer service is by far the greatest in the NYC / New Jersey area. We have Urban maintain our office in NYC and our townhouse in NJ houseplants; they come in and go to work. Watering, fertilizing, cleaning and rotating they just look perfect. I cannot speak enough about their orchids, trust me try their orchid rotation, it saves us about $1000 a year compared to our previous floral vendor. Plus we have never received so may compliments on the foliage and flowers.

In a day where customer service is non existent, it is refreshing to see a company that actually cares. Plus they actually have a person answer their phones. Special Thx to our account manger Sharla.

Exotic interior flowers

I cannot say enough good things about them. We brought in Urban Plantscapes (NYCL) after a few not so good experiences with other landscapers. It has now been five years since we brought Urban in to service our plants and take care of all of our Holiday Decor. With the current recession and bad news it is a great escape from reality to be surrounded by beauty. I cannot wait to see the poinsettias this year.

Plant rentals NYC

I love this flower company. We saw their plants and flowers on NBC and most recently at the Fall Fashion Show in Bryant Park. They have the most beautiful tropicals and annuals. They had huge mums like I have never seen. We use them for all of our events and plant rentals. They always work with us and match everything to our decor. If you are having a party or a large event, I would check them out.

New York City Plant Specialist

NYC Plant Specialist

I was having problems with some house plants that have a lot of sentimental value. I called in Urban Plantscapes to diagnose the problem and maintain them. I have been amazed with their results. All of the palms and plants look amazing. Even the peace lily starting flowering again, I havens seen it flower in over 10 years.

They water, fertilize, clean and have all organic pest management (no pesticides)

I would definitely recommend them. They also take care of my plants when we are away so I never have to worry.

Best New York Landscapers

We have used several New York City landscapers for our small roff top garden in the city. Unfortunately, we had no luck with the first 5 companies.

Finally we stumbled into a firm in Midtown that specializes in indoor and out gardens after watching them on LX TV. Urban Plantscapes has been maintaining our plants and flowers for about 6 months now and we couldn?t be happier. The quality is unparallel to other NYC landscapers. They come in and bring us lots of flower for every season. So our gardens always match the season! It?s great!
