Scott was extremely helpful thoughout the entire process. I was apprehensive in the begining about how the night would work. Scott explained how the casino night would work to me over the phone and it actually happened the exact same way as he described it. He was hands on and took control of the night and I didnt have to do a thing, much to my delight! I also learned how to play craps, which is also where I lost most of chips. Overall a great night. I will use Big Eastern again next year.
