I've been taking pilates from michelle for many months and she has completely changed my life and body. I was always very intimidated by any type of athletic activity, but from the beginning michelle put me at ease with her patient yet motivating demeanor. I've seen significant changes in my body, for the first time in my life i have muscle tone, i've built up my core, increased my circulation, and my sciatica, which was always was a problem for me, has been healed. the studio is great, a cute, clean, quaint setting, located on a quiet street in the e village, and you can't beat the price. I've taken classes at many studios throughout manhattan and due to michelle's method of teaching and nuturing spirit, i would never think of going elsewhere.
