As a pilates instructor myself, with major hip issues, i was so relieved to find a studio where the instructors both challenged me AND listend to my body and its limitations. The studio is an intimate setting where you feel like you're getting the one on one attention that the cost of a private lesson merits. The equipment is top knotch as well, a rarity i've found in giant NYC pilates factories. Rinaldi Pilates is the best value for your money for privates or duets in NYC.
