Do Not Use This Locksmith!

We had a very bad experience with this locksmith. The took advantage of us trying to charge almost $700 for changing our front door lock.

Big Rip Off: Beware!

I locked my us out of our apartment and my building recommended this locksmith. The quote he gave us seemed pretty high 89 dollars to come out on a Saturday morning and then 225 for labor to take the lock off the door because he said he was a high security lock. It took the locksmith half an hour to get the lock off. He said he would need to order the lock and he would come by Monday or Tuesday to install it. Then, it turned out the lock would be $295. Our grand total for me locking us out came to $662.82. This seemed astronymical and when my husband inquired how much the new lock was, he refused to tell us and kept quoting the price of labor and the lock itself. He would not even tell us what kind of lock we needed, so we could look it up on the internet. Please think twice before using this locksmith!

Express Locksmith -the best

I am very happy with Express Locksmith. I had them replace my lock again (moving apartments like a nomad) and once again they were timely, and most importantly brought 5 copies of the key that I asked for. Additionally, I have never had any problems with copies of keys made by them.

DEFINITELY the premier locksmith to call 24/7 . I had a lockout emergency at *4am* and was able to have the OUTSTANDING technician at my front door in a speedy 15 minutes to unlock my door that didn't even have a knob!! i called 3 other locksmiths that couldn't even service my request, if u need help call them!!!!

The Great service from Express Locksmith

I was locked out of my apartment the other night and was freaking out b/c it never happened to me.. I called Express Locksmith and they were at my door within 1/2 hour!! I was shocked how fast they were. Not only did they get me into my apartment but they also changed my locks! Hopefully this never happens again but if it does I'm definitely going to them.Thank you
