Amazing High School Cake

Cake was delivered to venue ahead of time. The cake was stunning, way more than we expected. The cake's detail was an incredible rendition of High School Musical, exactly what my daughter wanted for her birthday. The adults at the party were equally impressed - all wanted to know where the cake was from. I will definitely be ordering from here for my son's birthday in July - a Star Wars theme.

AMAZING and HIGHLY Reccomended

My boyfriend sent me cupcakes to the office for my birthday...they were AMAZING! Not only were they beyond tasty, they were customized to me with a logo of my company, shoes, pocket books, roses, etc. Receiving this cupcakes was 10x better than getting flowers... so thoughtful and creative!!

Chocolate Lover's Dream!!!!

I called Sugarplum Bakery to order SOMETHING (I had know idea what I wanted) for my sister's baby shower. I spoke with the owner, Alicia, she was amazing. I explained that my sister is having a boy and that I wasn't sure what flavors I wanted. She just took charge. She asked if I wanted cake or cupcakes, then suggested that she could make cupcakes with baby rattles and put them on a tier. To which I replied "I love the sound of that". Then she suggested her chocolate cake with hazelnut chocolate butter cream. Sounds amazing right!! Well it was, she personally delivered and setup the cupcakes. They looked absolutely amazing. OMG!! They were a chocolate lover's dream. The cupcakes were just perfect rich and moist not to over powering and the hazelnut chocolate butter cream went perfectly with the chocolate cupcakes, all in all the perfect cupcake. Even my father loved them and he doesn?t really like chocolate that much. OMG! Thank you soo much for your help Alicia. I will without doubt order from Sugarplum Bakery again.

orignial cupcakes and they deliver

I ordered cupcakes to be sent to my girlfriend's office for her birthday from The Sugarplum Bakery. The manger asked me what I had in mind and I just thought I wanted plain cupcakes with pink icing but then they started asking me questions about her favorite flowers and what else she was into. I was really impressed by the creative ideas that she had and I ended up ordering a dozen cupcakes- half with roses and half with fashion accessories like edible handbags and makeup on top of them. The people in her office are mostly young women too and they all got a huge kick out of the cupcakes, which I am told also tasted really good too. It was very easy to do busines with them- my order was placed over the phone and I didnt even have to go into the bakery. I would recommend Sugarplum Bakery on orignailty and great customer service and they deliver.

Beautiful cake that tasted great!

I ordered my wedding cake from Sugarplum Bakery for my small reception this past December. I really didnt have any idea of what I wanted except I knew I wanted something very simple and not frilly. Alicia was amazing to work with - she came up with several ideas that fit our budget and style. She even did the delivery and set up herself. We decided on doing the Sugarcookie Cake flavor, berries and chocoalte buttercream. So many people commented that it was the best wedding cake they had ever tasted- including our caterer. I would definitley use them again and would recommend Sugarplum to anyone.

Beautiful, Moist and Delicious Cake!

Two weeks ago, after reading the reviews on City Search, I decided to order a cake and cupcakes for a baby shower from Sugarplum Bakery. I had three requirements - Moist, delicious and elegant. Alicia did not disappoint. She worked with me from start to finish. After sending her a copy of the baby shower invitation and pictures of the Nursery, she came up with several designs to choose from. The Cake, cupcakes and Alicia arrived on time and my Guests were very impressed. In fact I wish I had asked her for business cards. So many guests wouldn't leave without her contact information. I guaranty you will not be disappointed.

Perfect Bakery

I ordered my close-friend a cake from here for her birthday. It was amazing, seriously. She loves yellow cake with chocolate frosting and I thought I would get that, but make it extra special. I ordered the yellow cake, chocolate whipped frosting with a layer of fudge and strawberries. This may be what heaven tastes like. She was a very happy birthday girl!

Beautiful Cakes with Flavor

After viewing Sugarplum Bakery on-line I called immeditaely for a cake tasting; the cakes were so creative. Alicia, the owner was so excited about my baby shower theme, Goodnight Moon that she immediately came up with fun ideas for the cake design. We tried several flavors and because I couldn't decide, we settled on a white cake with a hint of lemon and vanilla buttercream frosting. For favors we used red velvet cupcakes and cream cheese frosting. My guests raved about the flavor of the cakes and I was even more impressed with the final design. She created a sleeping baby with a moon and little pink slippers that hung below, just like my invitations. The cupcakes each had cute little babies with a baby blanket. I was so amazed by the attention to detail. She thought of everything from they baby's eyelashes to flower pacifiers. Though I was worried that Sugarplum Bakery was overwhelmed with orders during this wedding season, I can tell that Alicia and her staff took a lot of time on my cake. I would definitely order from them again and recommend them to my friends. There are not too many bakeries that care about presentation as well s flavor.

Fabulous Cakes!

I ordered a cake from Alicia for a baby shower this past December. The shower had a Christmas theme and after much discussion on various flavors we decided on a red velvet cake with cream cheese frosting (Alicia?s recommendation). While discussing various design options Alicia suggested incorporating the shower invitation into the design. She came up with a beautiful design and was able to replicate the embellishment on the invitation perfectly (a Christmas stocking with various baby toys stuffed into it). Everyone at the baby shower went crazy when they saw the cake. The compliments continued once the cake was cut. The red velvet cake was fabulous, definitely one of the best I have ever had. I highly recommend Sugarplum Bakery. You will not be disappointed!

Best Cupcakes anywhere

I ordered cupcakes for a baby shower, and was amazed by Alicia's creative - and delicious - result. Our theme was 2 Peas in a Pod (twins), so she designed cupcakes with a sugar peapod containing 2 tiny pink peas (twin girls) on top. We had chocolate and vanilla, with pear buttercream, displayed in tiers - they made the perfect certerpiece for the shower. And there were none left over.
