The posting needs to be updated, but it has changed into a Gyrotonic studio and offers massages. I have been working out here for about 6 months and I LOVE this place for my private sessions. The vibe is great and non intimidating and I have worked with 3 different trainers and they have all been wonderful.
Pros: Great instructors, Afforfable
