Van Rentals - 15 Passenger vans

When we searched for a dependable company who rents 15 passenger vans in New York we found IMAGE Rent A Car. We rented a Ford 2008 Clubwagon 15 Passenger Van which was delivered to us at the JFK Airport JetBlue Terminal saving us all the big SHLLEPP like in other companies. The van rental experience with image was good, Efficient and friendly just like they mention on their website www.imagerentacar dot com 1-718-995-3723 We will defiantly us IMAGE Again for our next visit to the US Thank You Herbert, Josh and Marcy Shamuel Boteach

On our last trip from London to New York City we hired a 15 person car from here. 1st we were skeptical but when the gentleman was waiting for us with the 2008 ford e350 clubwagon at the Laguardia airport we were very happy especially since it was 9:30 pm on Thursday and where we would find a place to rent a large van for all of our luggage or even a shuttle bus in new york. Anyway the service was RATE 100% the 15 person van was NEW, the rate was 125.00 per day which is actually not more then 95 Eu. I Give them 98% Satisfactory. Will defiantly use image again 1-718-995-3723

To start with Josh gave us a very competitive quote for a 9 day trip from JFK AIRPORT NEW YORK . This was followed up by some excellent customer service by HERB at the Doubletree Hotel [Pickup point for the Van] After smoothly processing require documentation --herb took us through some basic controls as I'd just landed from U.K..We were then provided with an excellent vehicle which gave us no trouble for the 9 days we had it .Herb after finding out that we were a big group even offered a larger 15 seater van. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip and after dropping it off ,as our hotel was less about a 1/2 mile away --Herb even gave us a drop . The whole process was very smooth .We clocked 2000 miles in 9 days and never once did we have a problem. My wife and I are both doctors in England and this was our first adventure in terms of driving a VAN on the left side of the road . The whole thing was made very comfortable for us by image and we would definitely come back to them as we have a large family and are sure to ahve mroe get togethers in the U.S. Cheers once again Dr.P.Rao

to whom it may concern, this is just a quick note of thanks . we were in about 2 weeks ago to rent the 12 seater van. if you recall sam, i came back the next morning to redo the contract in order to save the 80 dollar insurance fee. thank you for your help. i also must send a note to commend your employee in the hotel location, marci, who was not only pleasant and courteous, but helpful and just a nice person to deal with. even though i caused her double work, she did not seem to mind and did it with a smile. she is a good representation of your company. i will be recommending you to people who need the services that you provide in the future. once again , thank you for your good service. warmest regards, david feder.

Danielle Napoles THE Senior Sales Manager accepted the delivery of the rental vans and we arrived at the hotel the vans which they were all 2008 Ford E350 BLACK were beautifully lined up for us at the Grand Bay Hotel parking Lot. During our road trip many people asked me "What the heck is that monster?"..a few wanted to know where we rented it and some wanted to look at the passenger cabin and the amazing trunk space..one wanted to know the size of the engine and the displacement (now how would I know that?). That was the smoothest van rental experience ever, we walked down the elevator to the baggage claim area and there was IMAGE Van Rentals. They were holding a sign with our church group's name "FIRST COMMUNITY CHURCH". They delivered the vans to the airport for us. We did not have to gather all 45 children, load them into a shuttle, and wait an hour in an off-airport office
