Dear Image, I just returned a custom Van ( 9 passenger van limo) to Image Rent-A-Car at your JFK Airport location. I just wanted to express my appreciation for a great end-to-end service by Image! The vehicle was clean, ran extremely well, and was everything that you advertised. Your service representative, Marcy was wonderful. Marcy guided me through the selection process and my thousands of other questions along the way.
