Hello,

I am writing to let you know about 10 satisfied customers..ME AND MY FAMILY! Please see attached photos of the gan g with the van.

We recently traveled to Myrtle Beach, SC in one of your Dodge Sprinter Van(mini bus??)..Great experience_ very spacious,comfortable and surprisingly fuel efficient.

During our road trip many people asked me "What the heck is that monster?"..a few wanted to know where we rented it and some wanted to look at the passenger cabin and the amazing trunk space..one wanted to know the size of the engine and the displacement (now how would I know that?).

The service provided by Josh (he answered all my questions and booked my reservation), and Marcy, who did all the registration and paperwork (with a smile and a sunny attitude) was excellent. I write this because I am from the hospitality industry myself and know how important it is for our informed associates to interact pleasantly with all the guests. Please pass on my thanks to both- Josh and Marcy.

By the way, at some point in our road trip, we called the tel# on the key-chain to find out what frequency to use on the FM to get audio on the DVD..once again the answer was forthcoming and accurate.( Did not get the name of the person I spoke to..it was a male).

The Sprinter vans are Great way to travel with large families Youth Outing, Church travel and sports teams

The luxury vans and 15 passenger car rentals were deliver on time and they were fantastic and once again we were very happy with the service from Image.

Looking forward to rent our group transporation with you again next time we are in Orlando Florida and New York

The service was excellent

We stayed at the W Hotel last week and through Concierge rented a 15 passenger van and a luxury van from 7-9 September and again on 14 September for another week.

The service was excellent and we will certainly be a customer again at Image rent a car and vans in the future. - Dave.

Excellent Service! Would definitely recommend!

My friends and I, 14 in total, rented a 15 passenger van to head out to Atlantic City for a weekend of fun. We picked up our van at Newark airport, and Jose, the manager, was extremely pleasant and professional to deal with. The van was new and clean. The price was great. I would definitely recommend renting from Image.

Superior customer service and product

Our company ALL STAR Fabrics has had a long standing relationship with Image Van Rentals.

The service and knowledge of the agents have been stellar but I would like to take the time to personally commend one particular agent, Maureen at the JFK Kennedy Airport Queens location has demonstrated superior customer service and product knowledge.

I visit the branch on an average of 3 to 4 times a week and every time that I have served by Maureen has been one enjoyable experience.

Her personality and customer service skills represent Image's overall professional business attitude.

Herbert has done an excellent job at managing the JFK Airport NY location and we continue to look forward to maintaining a long lasting business relationship with Image Rent a Car and Van Rentals.

Best deal i came across is with Image

I have hired lots of vehicles in my time.

Whether it be cars, vans or mini buses, and I have paid various different rates for them.

But the best deal I have ever come accross is with Image car and van hire based at the JFK Airport NY.

There are several reasons that I like Image van rentals

There are several reasons that I like Image van rentals, the first is that when I recently needed to hire a van, I needed to do so at very short notice.

I pretty much called up as I drove into one of their locations in New York and they had a large van for me.

This was tremendous as I have known van hire companies that simply do not have enough vans to allow for short notice bookings.

I was very impressed that they were able to hire me out a van at that short notice

6th year renting our summer camp vans from IMAGE

This year will be the 6th year renting our summer camp program transportation vans from Image.

We come back to Image for lots of good reason such as good customer service, New 15 passenger vans, Fair rates and speed of their service.
