The driver and a car had a very bad smell,it's like he lived in the car and to top it off he kept talking on the cellphone the whole time from Manhattan to JFK. He was 25 minutes late and didn't get out of the car to help put the suitcases in the trunk. I will never use this company again. EVER, PLUS I AM SENDING THIS TO ALL WHO USE THIS COMPANY IN MY FIRM.
Pros: NONE
Cons: Drivers,cars,prices.

I am a VP at a major firm in nyc, and I had nothing but excellent service with this company. My employees and I have a corporate account with them and use their service twice a day, everyday, for over 6 years now. In the past 6 years, they have never been late or missed any of our reservations! I have tried several other services in NYC, and have recieved decent service with minor problems but Jerusalem has never even given me a minor problem. After being a clinet for this long, I know the owner and operators of the company and can call them "friends" because they go out of their way to please our company. Alex the owner is especially great, you can reach him 24 hrs a day, 7 days a week for any request you need. Even on his own time, he will check up on us to make sure we are recieving proper service. I recommend them to anyone and everyone that needs service anywhere in NY or even out of state.
Pros: Alway on time, Brand new CLEAN cars, well mannered drivers, Exquisite Service!!!
Cons: Have NEVER had a problem with them in the past 6 yrs of service!
