NEVER AGAIN. Horrible service. First, made rvsp for black standard towncar. VERY CLEAR. Recv'd message that they were sending us a VIP limo. They said it was a free upgrade. They were suppose to pick me and my wife up at 5:30. The driver was on the wrong street and charged us for his wait time, even though he was on the WRONG STREET. The driver was beligerant, he didn't load our bags in the car and proceeded to argue with us while driving to our destination. He almost ran over my wife while she was waiting for the car. Not to mention the driver drove irratically on the highway and had cars honking at us because he was furious about what was going on. Customer service tried to remain impartial although citing the driver's wreckless and absent minded behavior. We were, and to this day remain clearly disappointed with the service offered. With service like this, it makes you want to run straight to the bar for a drink. AWFUL. My advice is that they need better drivers and customer service needs to keep up with them. Not to mention the drivers need customer service classes. Will not use again. Should've called a cab, at least would have gotten better service.
Cons: Bad customer service, Mean drivers, price manipulation

Beware! Booked online for $74 plus $2 procesing fee. Met driver five minutes before agreed time - no waiting. Travelled from JFK to Manhattan. The car was in need of a good vacuuming and polishing, and the driver was suffering from a head cold - I know this because of the obnoxious noises he constantly made. Paid a $10 dollar tip to driver. Exited the car. The following charges were added to docket: 1. Waiting time - £13 dollars. Driver filled in 12:40 pminstead of 12:25 pm. 2. Parking - $9 3. Airport cart $3.70? - We carried two pieces of hand luggage - no cart. 4. Tolls $5 5. Driver gratuity - $17.50 (despite the $10 tip!) These 'charges brought the total to $126.58 including $2.48 for NYBCOICF. Quite a diference from the invoice I downloaded at the time of booking! Reason for ordering the car instead of a cab was that it was our 30th wedding anniversary and I wanted it to start well. Next time I'll take a cab...beware liMOREes!! This behaviour does nothing to promote New York in the light in which it deserves to be seen. I hope this message prevents others from being taken for a ride...aside from this unfortunate incident, I just want to say that my wife and I loved every minute of our stay in this wonderful city.

Although I've had several good experiences with rides - pickups & drivers - I do think that the office uses very deceptive practices. I received a flyer in the mail, offering 10% discount on all rides if I created an account online. Once I created this account, I noticed that all the rates were higher than in the printed flyer. When I called them about it - "oh, you must have gotten an old flyer". Then, the second time I booked online, the promised discount didn't appear. Another time, I booked online but then called to change the time - oops, no more discount! "Discount only applies to online bookings". Last but not least, when you use a credit card they add a MANDATORY 20% tip. I don't know about you, but I like to be in control of my tipping. I'm done with LimoRes.
Pros: good drivers & service
Cons: shady pricing practices

I had to wait 10 minutes for driver to arrive at pickup point in the rain. Driver insisted that my flight came in on time when it was actually 30 minutes late, he charged me for wait time even though I was 10 minutes earlier than the pickup time I specified online. When I was being dropped off, he couldn't find the address and I had to call to find directions for driver. When I requested a receipt all I received was a slip with the scheduled time of pickup and actual pickup times and no total charge amount. Overall, very disappointed with service and skeptical about how much limores will end up charging me.
Pros: Online reservation system
Cons: Service, surcharges, etc.

I’m delighted about your online reservation. It only takes a minute and you already have a whole team behind you. After I made my reservation I immediately received an email which informed me about all the car service details. And honestly, you’ve done exactly what you said. I appreciated that very much. Keep up with good work.

I booked a 4-legged trip, travelling from NYC to JFK, to Rome and back. The trips from NYC to JFK and from teh Airport in Rome to my hotel were on time and exceeded my expectations. The driver swere properly attired, the vehicles were very clean and late model. ON my return I had a surprise- free upgrades. I was picked up in a in rome by a chauffeur driving a Black Mercedes and at JFK I was met by a nice one, who drove a 2007 Mercedes Benz S-550. What a treat! The best part is that you do all your bookings with just one visit to teh web site, and you get a big discount for booking all 4 legs at the same time. I will recommend Limores to anyone- they are the best!
Pros: Easy to use web site, good service
Cons: None

Here are a few words to describe LimoRes net: completely unprofessional, overly unreliable, driver's look like they need a shower, driver's are rude and argumentative, driver reek of cigarette smell...besides other things. Driver's do not open doors or put your luggage away. The office staff is also just a bunch of idiots! LimoRes net remember the name...you have been worned.

Before 2 weeks my mother and father in law from Moscow were visiting us but I could not meet them at airport JFK. I have ordered limo rentals service trough their website and we were updated by email. Everything went just fine and our parents were very satisfied. Before their trip I did not know they offer airport transfer worldwide we would use that service, it is usually the most stressful part of the trip.

They confirmed, then never showed up. When we called, we were told that they place the "jobs" on a job board. They said no one wanted the job, so they just didn't show or call. They were not in the least apologetic. Would NOT recommend...

Limores was very unprofessional. They don't know how to treat a customer. I tried to book a party bus for a week and every person who promised to call back didn't bother. Finally, after several phonecalls I made they sent me the pictures I had asked for and changed the price by several hundreds of dollars more. They kept changing it to benefit them. I would not recomment their service. They are unreliable and untrustworthy.
Pros: none
Cons: too many to list
