As an avid runner who enjoys exercising outdoors, I’ve never been very enthusiastic about gyms or personal trainers. However when I tried a personal training session at Transform based on a recommendation from a friend, I was hooked! Their style of training, focused on building core body strength using “super slow” high intensity routines really works. I find it a great complement to my regular cardio workouts and feel better than I have in a long time. This is not a place for “gym bunnies” looking for a “scene” or people who want to look like Schwarzenegger. But if you want to make your body stronger, more toned, and more flexible as well as promote a greater sense of health and well-being, then you should try Transform. Ana and her team offer highly personalized service and nothing but positive attitudes and encouragement. All the trainers have professional backgrounds in nutrition, physical therapy, nursing, etc. and they really know what they are doing. The quiet intimate environment feels almost Zen-like. And for people like me with unpredictable schedules, they are extremely flexible. Personal training on a whole new level and highly recommended!
