Last week I threw a party at my house for a friend of mine. Unfortunately, someone spilled some wine on my carpet. The following day I contacted new-york-carpet to see if they could come. They came the following day of the call, and cleaned my carpets to the extent that now they look fresh out of the store! They also taught me how to preserve the carpets and keep them clean.
Pros: professional, courteous, decent price
