Color Tanning & Airbrush

I couldnt help but get on and share my experience at Color Tanning with others. I went in knowing that they were pricey from other reviews ive read, but was pleasantly suprised at how well they take care of each person. The cute girl in the front knew weveryones name that came in and spent time with each person trying to figure out which bed would be better for them for that specific day. She made sure the room was clean and set up for me to go in and walked me through each button and explained the difference between machines. She was very well educated on skin and on each piece of tanning equipment. I havent had service like this in years from anywhere in NYC. I loved it!

Pros: Absolutely flawless service

Cons: You can only tan once every 24 hours

I made an appointment for a spray tan and gave my credit card number to hold it after I was told there was no cancellation policy. When I called to cancel (several days in advance) I was never issued a credit. I was told the money ($100) could be used towards future services. When I explained that I was told there was no cancellation and I wanted my money back she said she would issue me a credit. Long story short after several phone calls and promises they haven't issued it and the manager is out of town and the owner, David is nowhere to be found and can not be reached. I am done trying to work it out with Color. I have taken this issue up with my credit card company. If you like being cheated out of money and wasting your time with phone calls to people who tell you one thing but mean another, have it - Color is the place for you.

Niki is the best at airbrush I have never had a better airbrush in my life and i have had them done a millions times. the color was perfect and it has faded evenly..its the best! I am very impressed with how professional she was and how comfortable she made me feel.if you need a good airbrush for an event or if you just like getting it done i would go to Color to get it done.you have to call for an appointment

I seriously love Color tanning so much! THe girls are so nice and their beds are the best! I always enjoy going in there and relaxing and hanging out, i recommend color tanning to anyone!

I like going to color tanning because they are so nice! Wesley knew my name after seeing me once! It is great. I feel important when I go in there and that is good feeling especially here in NYC when you cant have anyone be nice to you. They have very impressive beds and it is always clean, great place to go tanning i highly recommend!

good location and great tanning equipment. they are a little pricey but if you compare them to any other tanning salon with the type of beds they have they are definitely you get your money worth.

You will not believe this tanning salon! It is extremely nice AND clean which is even more insane! The beds are new and girls are nice..great place to get a good tan!

I went there to ask about rates, they asked me to fill out a questionaire, Now They wont stop spamming my phone with text messages about the spa...... while there they also told me I could have a free tan if I wrote a fake good review on here!!!

BEST AIRBRUSH EVER! I HAVE WASTED WAYYYYYY TOO MUCH MONEY AT OTHER PLACES GETTING AIRBRUSHED AND I AM SO HAPPY TO HAVE FOUND COLOR TANNING AIRBRUSH! NICKY WAS AWESOME AND MADE ME FEEL SUPER COMFORTABLE. THE COLOR LOOKED PERFECT, I HAVE NOTHING BAD TO SAY ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE! IT WAS GREAT!
