I made an appointment for a spray tan and gave my credit card number to hold it after I was told there was no cancellation policy. When I called to cancel (several days in advance) I was never issued a credit. I was told the money ($100) could be used towards future services. When I explained that I was told there was no cancellation and I wanted my money back she said she would issue me a credit. Long story short after several phone calls and promises they haven't issued it and the manager is out of town and the owner, David is nowhere to be found and can not be reached. I am done trying to work it out with Color. I have taken this issue up with my credit card company. If you like being cheated out of money and wasting your time with phone calls to people who tell you one thing but mean another, have it - Color is the place for you.
