I was first introduced to Claudio of Gotham Aesthetics when I was informed by Kali (of the parent company Gotham Lasik) that I could speak to him after my Lasik consultation. That conversation has changed my life. As I suffer from hyper-hydrosis I've lived with the embarrassment and severe uncomfort of excessive underarm sweat most of my life. To say that getting my insurance to cover the procedure was daunting would be an understatement, but Claudio and his team never gave up knowing that the procedure was very much needed. When the day of the procedure was finally upon us they made me feel very comfortable and even gave me a stress ball to squeeze if I got nervous :). That chance conversation with Claudio has changed my life! I never knew what it was like to be a 'normal' person and not change shirts 4 or 5 times a day and I have to tell you - it's wonderful! Thanks Gotham Aesthetics!!!

Gotham is wonderful, and Claudio is so very helpful. He always responds right away to any question I have, and when I started having some big skin problems a few months ago, he really worked with me to help my skin look and feel better. He was kind, compassionate, and made sure I understood how to use the products he prescribed for me, including how to change my use of the products depending on how my skin responded. I am using the Obagi CRx line along with the Clenziderm line, and I really love it. I don't think my skin has ever felt so good! If you're thinking about going, go. You won't be sorry. Claudio is amazing, truly an expert, and really knows skin!

Claudio, as Medical Aesthetician (a very lofty, but very well-deserved and painstakingly earned degreed title, I've learned) is arguable the top in his field. There is absolutely no sales pressure from this very caring and VERY well-informed professional; simply a knowledge of the products he has chosen to represent because he truly believes in them, and for good reason: they're quality cosmeceuticals and they work. Add to his arsenal of products and vast knowledge his ability to get to know his clients and really understand our needs and you have a formula for great results that show, and it's nice to emerge from an appointment feeling more confident (and yes, even beautiful) not only outside but inside.

Pros: Beautiful accommodations, attentiveness, convenient location, and Claudio himself

I had a great experience with Claudio. He was very kind and upfront about the services he offers. I had a chemical peal and he spent a lot of time telling me about the different processes he offers and making sure that I was comfortable. I didn't feel like I was just another client, but someone Claudio really wanted to help! How refreshing!!!

Claudio recommended I try the Obagi Nu-derm system for my face. I didn't really have acne or any major problems, so I was a little skeptical of having to use so many products on my face (I'm a guy), but after using Obagi for 3 weeks I can say my skin looks and feels healthier! Claudio does a great job of understanding your needs and providing the best solution for you, and now with Obagi my skin will stay beautiful for years to come!

I work in beauty p.r and I was pleasently suprised to come upon this cute place called gotham. I use to do write ups for different places for spa week. I swear I used to get like ten facials a week. Anyways, This is a great place. The most informative place Ive been. I have been to my share of park ave plastic surgeons derms and drs. But there is something special about this place. I felt that they really wanted to help my skin. They sure did too. All night people were raving about how good my skin looked. The product they put me on is really doing the works lol. Definetly check it out. You might even see me I am a regular.haha. stephanie

I recently became concerned with the fine lines and wrinkles I noticed around by eyes and forhead. They just happen to appear all of a sudden when I turned 30 (ha ha). I went for a free consultation with Gotham Aesthetics and was amazed to learn the many treatment options I had for my condition. Claudio Pinto was very informative, without making me feel bad about the changes I needed to make. He recommended a series of chemical peels and the Obagi Nuderm system. After our consultation I had my first chemical peel. As soon as I sat up I noticed a big difference. I have been on the Nuderm system for 5 weeks now and the transformation is amazing. I choose to pair this with some Botox for the deeper lines on my forehead. I am a big baby when it comes to needles, but I felt nothing during my injections. I recently had a friend visit who had not seen me in a couple of months and he was blown away by how young I looked. That says it all.

I like many had such a fear of chemical peels after watching an episode of "Sox and the City" when Samantha gets a chemical peel and looks like a cooked lobster. Well Jillian at Gotham Aesthetics has changed my mind forever. She gave me an amazing facial, and what she called a light peel. My skin was left so soft, smooth, and glowing. No redness, peeling, nor swelling. I left her office looking radiant, I didn't even feel the need to put on powder or foundation, because my skin looked so great on it's own. I had lunch with a girlfriend after, and she said that I was so glowing and radiant...it looked like I could be pregnant.

I rarely take the time to review anything, but after my wonderful facial from Jillian at Gotham Aesthetics, I couldn't help myself. Everything about the experience was great especially Jillian's expert hands. Location is absolutely gorgeous and the staff friendly and knowledgeable. Jillian really took the time to explain to me how to keep my skin beautiful this winter. I am hooked!

First or all the office was so gorgeous!! AND the staff was amazingly friendly, I was even offered a Cafe Latte...which was delicious!! Jillian, one of the Medical Aestheticians (Who had flawless skin and said she was on the Obagi CRX system, she also told me she was 39.....I still want to see her ID....she looked 29!!). She gave me a complimentary customized facial and chemical peel before my Botox and Juvederm treatments. My skin looked and so smooth and glowing, and felt so soft!! No redness at all!!! After seeing Jillian's skin I purchased the Obagi CRX system, and this miracle eye cream by Obagi called Elastiderm. My skin is better than ever. Dr. Brian Bonanni artfully sculpted my lips with Juvederm, nice and full but so natural looking. The Botox injections took 5 to 10 years off my face. Crows feet, forehead, and brow wrinkles no more!!!! My own mother didn't even notice I had anything done, she just said how great I've been looking. In fact everyone I know has commented on how refreshed I look. AND the prices.....the best competitive prices in the city!! Make an appointment today!!
