having worked for years in the restaurant industry, i can honestly say i had some of the worst service ive ever had here. the place wasnt overly busy, definetly not full. our server was a nightmare. she was chatting with the host the entire time and neglected us. we got our appetizers before she even delivered our first round drinks. really which was the loss of the restaurant because they lost out on the second beverage sale. i know the place is new...but this is new york. theres great food everywhere. i want service i can enjoy when im out not the kind where id rather get up and get my drink myself from the bar. the food was ok nothing too special. the service alone though...ill never go back.
