STAY AWAY

Where do I begin?
Ambience: non-existent
Decor: cheap, tacky, and DIRTY
Services: the worst.
The owner switched all of my services so they were in the wrong order (who wants a pedicure right before a massage with no time to dry?)
The facialist allowed someone to come in the room and dip my feet and hands in boiling (TOO HOT) paraffin wax without even telling me what was about to happen. Additionally, the facial was not what was offered and she used mismatched cheap products. They might sell nice products but they don't use them!
The pedicurist answered her cell phone 5 times during the pedicure. When I asked her to stop cutting my cuticles becuase it hurt, she wouldn't - and then cut a huge cut in my toe which bled forever. I pray I don't get an infection.
I left before I even polished my toes - before anyone could hurt me more - before my brow wax or massage. Disgusting place. Don't waste your money. And the owner couldn't care less about your problems!
- Pros: 1 Star is too many.
- Cons: Worst Spa in NYC
Not Just a Treat - A Necessity!
by mare1952
I've been getting waxing, manicures and pedicures since Chill opened their doors. During Spa Week, I took advantage of their special pricing for a facial and a massage, and now I'm a fan of those as well!
Services are well worth full-price, but love those specials!
- Pros: Fabulous Services and Professional Staff

I was having back pain for quit some time,my friend told me to go get a massage so i could feel better and lessen the pain.I did not think that a massage could heal my back pain but i still went and got one.MY friend recommended chill spa and oh my god was she right .i walked in with pain and came out feeling amazing. It was the best massage i have ever gotten.it really took my pain away. And the staff were very kind ,friendly, and professional.I was really satisfied with the job done.
- Pros: Nice enviornment, very clean spa

Best Spa Ever =]
by nati09
My experience in this spa was fantastic. The environment was great...i felt right at home .What i liked about the spa was that it was very clean and the staff was very friendly and professional. The prices are assessable to anybody and the outcome is amazing. The best wax i have ever gotten was at chill spa. They use this different wax called hard wax, which dose not require the cloth and it hurts less.i really recommend this spa.
- Pros: friendly staff
- Cons: none

great place for a massage
by sad45
what made it so unique was the excellent service, especially from Karina who did my massage. The ambience of the room with candles lit was very calm and peaceful. I was even offered a glass of wine. Karina was fantastic she made me feel right at home. I am definitely going to tell my friends to come here. Howard was also very nice and charming. I will definitely be coming back. Two thumbs up.
- Pros: gives the best massages in town
- Cons: no drawbacks
my face was GLOWING!!!
by bonstar
I rarely treat myself to facials, but after getting one at Chill Spa, I am totally addicted. My esthetician, Anna, was amazing! She looked at my skin and new EXACTLY what it needed. I felt completely safe in her hands. She gave an incredible facial with a mask and my skin was glowing when she was finished. I had met some friends out for dinner afterwards and they all commented on how good my skin looked. Thanks Anna!!!
- Pros: very knowledgable staff
- Cons: none
This woman's hands are like magic

I loved this place. You'd never know that tucked away on 33rd Street is a jewel of a spa behind Chill's doors. I've had two massages with two different therapists there, and loved them both for different reasons. I have to say their hands were equally talented: Judy's massage was incredibly deep and Audrey's was also excellent! Chill also has cool massage rooms too -- they're each wallpapered with a different theme. A lovely place!
- Pros: massages
- Cons: none
too many spas around to waste your time
by Emilia86
i am very easy to pleasr but was not happy with the service at all. went in a facial which was ok. the owners happened to be the same owners that owned le petit spa and i didnt like it there either. i thought the menu seemed a lil too similar but anyways dont waste your time and money.
- Pros: location
- Cons: owner was snobby
