Great Prices, Great Service not Great Reliable Repairs

I purchased a black patent studded bag and matching wallet in this boutique. The service is extremely friendly and down-to-earth. Both were very well-priced but we are still talking about a several hundred dollar purchase.

A few weeks later the patent leather cracked in places. I brought it back. The manager sent it back to the factory to see what they could do for me. I fully expected them to stand by their product and repair or replace it. They sent it back with a snide comment and absolutely no good resolution.

Considering that we are talking about purchases in the hundreds of dollars, I felt that this was unacceptable. Also, I had rushed to put my own belongings into a bag so that they could send the bag in for repairs and accidentally left a valuable folding tortoise-shell comb in one of the pockets. When I got the bag back the comb was missing.
