My name is Ike and I went to the New York Hearing Center at 726 60th St, Brooklyn NY 718 569 0106. My father was having trouble with his hearing aid. I called Mott Street and they gave me a brooklyn appointment for the very next day. When I got there I saw Winnie Fang. She told us that my father's hearing aid was defective. Instead of ordering a new one at considerable expense Ms. Fang repaired my father's hearing aid for no charge. She was gracious and courteous in doing so. I felt that I had found an honest, competant hearing center which will be very responsive to my father's hearing needs in the future
