Do not use these guys! Awful service and a complete rip-off. Plenty of alternatives to choose from.

I have never written a review on any website before, but have had such a horrible time reciving and having my installation with Horizon's custom blinds I had to write a bad review. These people are the biggest pain to deal with, over priced and all around bad. They have taken over 2 months to deliver my custom blinds (which cost a lot of money!). They could not give me hard dates of when my blinds would be ready and measured my windows incorrectly which took a half an hour the first time. They promised numerous timelines - Originally stating it would take 2-4 week for my custom blinds which took 6 weeks and then another 3 when they were measured incorrectly. I had to call numeous times for them to follow-up with anything. Please do yourself a favor and use 1800 blinds or manhattan blinds whick speak clearer English and are more professional.
Pros: They had a lot of choices.
Cons: Customer serivce, time, end appearance, closed on weekends and after 6PM, price and anything else you could think of

Good selection of blinds. I found it hard communicating with their customer service. Not sure how they compare in terms of value
Pros: Nice Selection
Cons: Cancelled a bunch of appointments

Don't use Horizon Window treatments! Grossly overpriced, and mediocre (at best) service. Their installer screwed up part of my wall by drilling (and then re-drilling) several extra holes which had to corked up; and they did a couple of other very unprofessional things.
