I had a serious problem with my hard drive, which crashed in November, 2007. As the hard drive contained electronic books and many documents important to me it was necessary to recover it at any cost. I took it to all kinds of experts and none of them could do anything about it, plus I even had to pay over $300 with little to show for it. Through the diligent work of Ephraim Hirshberg of Sherlock Data Recovery Services, I have finally been able to recover most of the those vital files on my hard drive and my Dell Dimension has been restored to full working order through his repair service replacing my power supply and a memory card in the process.
Pros: Ephraim Hirshberg was a quick study - He quickly diagnosed how to recover the data
Cons: Nothing I can think of
